Dont even waste your time with these people, terrible service the amount of time it took for them to do a simple job is BAFFLING. I was left over 2 months with no car and the dumb excuse of "your piece is being back ordered" THEN they started saying there were other damages as if like im not the one who wrecked and knew what was up with my own car. Truly disappointed with this company and their performance. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!

All I can say is please don't bring ur car here for repairs they don't take pride in there work.Claim started great an turned into a real cluster f...k .they had my car sitting there for 2 weeks. After they said made all repairs from accident. And they did not and will lie rite to ur face. Honestly the bumper looked better before they repaired it. Management is very un honest was a terrible experience..just giving everyone the heads up. Avoid this place if possible .?

I had a very good experience with these folks. The work involved replacing front bumper, grille, headlight and the hood plus front quarterpanel had a gap. Angel the manager made a quick assessment, to see whether cosmetic or mech/elec damage, then a detailed assessment the next day, followed by an estimate. It ws on the pricier side, but the work was thoroughly done. In the end, one couldn't make out that the car had ever been damaged. Whats more, they also cleaned the entire car inside, tire shine and agreed to expedite the work from 9 to 7 days so that i could go back to school. The office staff were also very pleasant, offering coffee, like a family atmosphere, relaxed. They gave a call saying thats the car is ready, we paid, and drove off. Usually folks leave reviews after bad experiences, but I feel its fair to mention my good experience with them.

I went to go fix my truck at this body shop requested by progressive they charged $8,000+ afterwards I paid $1,000 for the deductible I asked about my step being replaced because it was part of the accident they said it would’ve been extra not paid by the insurance I told them it was fine to give me my step back (running boards) from the truck yet they THREW IT AWAY unprofessional without my consent they threw my personal property said they would be responsible for it yet I’ve waited more than 2 weeks for this step when it only took them 2 weeks to give me my car I’m going to 3 weeks now how hard is it to get a running board when on Amazon only took me 3 days for delivery.

GEICO Express sent me here in January 2023 for some body work after running into a pole in a parking garage. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work; the car looks like it did before the accident. My only suggestion is to do a walk around like you would if you were renting a car, to make sure that you and the shop agree on all the damage to the car before they start working on it. I realized that in hindsight but, thankfully, my car was not damaged during the repair process.Services: Painting
