This store has gotten to be so disgusting, not clean at all, only 2 employees had to wait forever for someone to come help at register.. when I worked here store had to be spotless I guess the managers just don't care anymore

Laila (not sure if I am spelling it right) but she was very attentive to every patron and made sure that they felt heard in regards to their needs. She worked diligently and skillfully when working with the fabrics and gave sound advice for their possible uses. Very happy with my visit!

Sold me a broken sawing machine and charged me $25 restocking fee. Now, sell it over and over again and I bet they are making some money. Awful

5/3/2024 Store only had two associates available. One was on break and one was a cashier. Cashier assisted us on cutting fabric while other associate was on an extended break. One other associate (Sonia) came back from break she wasn't a pleasant person to communicate with. The moment she stepped out from the back she had an attitude with evert client that asked her a question. Only reason I gave a 3 start is because the other associate(didn't get her name) was as pleasant as she could be and was very apologetic for the other employees attitude.
