Hello, how are you? I'm chef Walter Gavilanez. I'm chef, owner, and entrepreneur of ceviche factory Miami. Every time I go to Jetro to choose my products for the best quality for my clients, they always discriminate against me and don't let me choose what I should buy, they force me to q buy what they want, I like being Jetro's client but each time I decrease my purchases to avoid a problem with the threat that they can close my Jetro account, the only thing I ask is that the workers plus the vegetable one who is at charge of the lemons, the guy with the glasses who signs, who always threatens me to close my Jethro account, should be kinder, because I would like to feel valued as a client and choose Jetro as my first supplier and have good quality for my clients I'm not here to have problems just to progress. The only thing I would like in Jetro is customer friendliness and not feel discriminated against and oppressed in defending my work and buying my products, thank you very much for your time.

Bad customer service at the customer service desk. My husband and I came in to return and purchase more items here and one of the staff was very rude. We wanted to know Exactly where the area was to return. One guy wearing Greg polo shirt with black pants pointed to the area. No one was behind the counter. We waiting a mins and asked the same guys if someone was coming in. With an attitude said someone upstairs will come down. No eye contact and continued talking to another employee. We finally got someone name Eddie. He was nice. Good customer service goes a long way.

I hate that I even have to put one star. First of all, I had to sign a waiver because I brought my daughter. The forklift drivers INSIDE the store, zoom out of nowhere not even looking to the sides. Trucks outside drive fast through the parking lot. & the front desk, LUCIANA, had a bad attitude. Talked to us with a stank face. Reckless place not worth $1.

I’ve been shopping at this particular location for almost 20yrs and lately there is Zero professionalism in this place. From the front desk clerk to the management that check your receipt after cashing out. Even tho the prices are half decent at the wholesale level, I’d spend my money elsewhere. Please be aware of the recklessness of the forklift drivers as well.

This place is so in organized it’s a joke.Most products don’t have any prices on them. You have to guess. The products that do have prices on them when you get to the checkout the prices are different. When you bring this up to the managers they don’t care. On this occasion I found a product that actually had a price on it when I got to the check out the price went up by $30 when I said somthing to them they said I need to show them the price it was marked. I had taken a picture of it already to show them bc I already knew it would ring up wrong. They told me a picture was not ok I needed the actual price tag. So I walk all the way back and got the price tag. At that point the. Manager told me they would not sell the product at that price. Even though that was the listed price.at that point I let the manager know that this was false advertising. His response was to tell me he would revoke my membership to the store. The staff should be ashamed of them self

On the morning of Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 we visited your Jetro, Miami, Florida location in hopes of making bulk purchases on behalf of our company, a non-U.S. corporation. We have been a Jetro club member for well over a decade, shopping there as recently as just prior to Covid.On this particular visit, we were denied entry to Jetro Exports by a female Jetro agent. Having been unable to find our membership card, we provided our Company Registration Certificate issued by our country. As a company only registers once, the document carries the date on which we were incorporated and the document issued. Your agent unreasonably denied entry on the basis that the document did not carry a 2022 date.Most troublingly, your agent was aggressive and dismissive, going as far as to ignore us entirely when we asked questions seeking to salvage the visit and went on to assist other customers as we stood by. Even if unable to retrieve our original membership information, as a Jetro agent interested in sales and having been made aware that we had flown in from overseas, she could have assisted in re-registering or called for assistance.We are deeply disappointed by the poor and callous service delivered by your agent.

Always a bad experience when you come here. You'll spend longer in the cashier lines than you do inside the store shopping. 4 head cashiers not one of them helping. Constantly chit chatting and arguing amongst eachother. Medley location has a way better system and service. They are organized and fast.

I really do not know any place in the USA where the customer is not very important, I will have to keep coming because not similar options in Miami and it is likely that is why customers receive bad treatment, extremely dirty store, stinky and dirty bathrooms, Very rude employees, most of the carts are useless and it is difficult to move them on the incredibly bad floor of the store, I could continue with the list, as the products are not identified, they do not have the prices most and many times I take photos of the labels to avoid surprises at checkout. Ahhh the time , I leave it for another review, wow is really increadible, it seem like the heatl department don’t visit this place

Terrible Customer service from the manager and from the employees they have a really bad attitude like if the people is asking for something for free !!
