I was shocked by low quality clothes which they sell and high prices? But in addition to this the stuff is rude and actually told me to walk away when I told that Chinese stuff should not cost 250$, even if it’s marked on every dress that it’s made in China? That could have been funny, if they were not so rude and badly educated. Recommend to stay away from this place?

I now understand the bad reviews. First off, I just walked in, because they stated on the door with a sign “We’re Open, Come in”. If you don’t want walk ins then don’t welcome walk ins lol. Now I understand if I need to make an appointment to try on dresses even with the store empty. Ok fine. So I wanted to just LOOK at the dresses to see if making the appointment is even worth it. They rudely told me that I can’t even look at the dresses without an appointment. The STORE IS EMPTY, NO ONE IS THERE. I’ve never in my life heard of a policy so ridiculous. Anyways go somewhere else

Best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Myriam took her time with me, had amazing suggestions. Transformed a dress to look so classy. I highly recommend this boutique and will definitely return for future events. Thank you for making my daughters 15s a memorable shopping experience!!

Now I can see why the bad reviews. Like I read before… the store it was completely empty and no make sense leave the store to check online, to make an appointment and then come back again to try what do you like lol. That way you are losing a bunch of clients. And sorry but the dresses are not like wow to wait to be attend. Also we are women's that we are keeping busy that we don't have time to all this absurd protocol.

I have to tell you that I have never experienced such a rude and degrading shop owner and business in my life. I have purchased several gowns, jumpsuits, accessories and shoes from your store but the way I was treated today was horrible. Firstly if you do not want walk ins you should lock your door and not make it seem like you have an open door policy. Your tone, facial expressions and attitude were totally disrespectful and I have no idea how you stay in business. I will make sure to never give you any business and let everyone I know not to either. You need serious classes in how to be cordial, respectful and how to communicate with people. Even if you were that busy there is a better way to say it and not be so rude. I will make sure to write negative reviews and report you to the better business bureau. By the way reading all of your horrible reviews I would think that you would have improved but instead all you do is make excuses and blame the customer.SAD

I found a beautiful formal dress in less than 20 minutes. Everybody in the store was super helpful. They lent me shoes and they accessorize and they made the whole experience. Amazing. I highly recommend this store for any of your events.

Worst customer service ever. I never felt so uncomfortable at a store. The workers are rude, inconsiderate and don't want to sell. We found a pretty nice dress but that store did not deserve our money. Never again. Do not recommend

I had a terrible experience with their customer service, and the clothes seemed extremely outdated. The staff was quite rude and disrespectful. It's rare for me to leave negative reviews, but this store left me with a negative impression.Don’t waste your time!
