The staff was extremely helpful and transferred my prescription to their system and even shipped the contacts I ordered straight to my house! Looking forward to going back for my glasses in the summer!

What an amazing experience I had at this JC Penny Optical, I have been all over and I have never felt more taken care of in my life the attention to detail and customer service that the staff provided me was exceptional. Adriana helped me and she made me feel so comfortable, answered every question I had with a smile and such an amazing attitude. It shows that the staff here genuinely enjoys their work I cannot wait to go pick up my glasses here. Please if you need glasses I cannot think of anywhere better than here.

My mother bought some expensive glasses there and when she opened them at home, one leg of the glasses fell off.She went to complain and they told her that she has to pay $200 for a new frame and she paid the guarantee ???

Dr. Perl is fantastic and thorough. The staff on the other hand lie to you and over charge you. I was told they were in network after I seen the doctor I was told to pay the full cost and then my Insurance would reimburse. It was a complete lie right to my face even after questing them many times. It’s sad to see such a great doctor work with these people

From the moment I entered the optical, I was greeted with a welcoming invite. I decided to look for some frames since I am starting a new job and I was shopping at the store. The best decision of the day! Sobi was there to guide me with the perfect frames for my face and also line of work and my needs. Of course, being a woman, style supersedes everything and Sobi was able to show me functionality doesn't mean having to relinquish style and beauty. She was patient and amazing. I was able to update my look and also set up an appointment for my vision care with Dr. Perl. I went home and had my friend make an appointment the next day with Sobi. My friend and I share the same taste in eyewear. Luckily, I have purchased two frames so we don't look like twins! Great experience with a knowledgeable professional to show me all the new options that are available to protect my vision and keep me up to date with style. And if you are worried about cost, Sobi has such a variety of pricing options at the optical that can accommodate everyone's pocket. Can't wait to go back after my first paycheck and get a third pair just for fun!

I have been a patient here for years. This last visit the experience could not have been worse. Not only do they fail to take responsibility for your contacts but the doctor plays with your prescription and gives you the wrong values - claiming he’s “testing things out” ... which contradict your actual prescription. I’ve been back 3 times for the same issue, I get contact detailing one number and it’s different from the prescription I received. All this I’m sure is a sneaky tactic to get you to commit to ordering your glasses and contacts through them.

Terrible experience. Prescription was mixed up multiple times and given the excuse that they wanted to "Test out a different prescription to see how this goes" - when it was clear it was not the prescription that I currently held. Overall bad experience. Time and money wasted and if you can - save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. As a long time patient of this optical I can not stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the service and attention to detail (or lack there of) I received this year during my visit. Not only did my prescription get mixed up multiple times, but when I questioned the staff and doctor they responded by saying we were "testing out" a different number to see how it goes....all the while contradicting the prescription I was confirmed and received during my first visit. I had to come back 3 separate times to pick up my contact trials and then on the last visit they gave me contacts that did not match the numbers on the prescription. All in all I will NOT be returning to this practice again, and I warn any potential customers to SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go SOMEWHERE ELSE.
