Dropped my car off on a Friday to be looked at....I guess they had issues with there phone services only the landline a text something nd made no effort to contact me kept my car the entire weekend a mother of 5 no other Transportation and was unable to get my kids to school cause they open at 9 very unprofessional to not inform you about anything that's going on with your car even if they had to use there cell phones over 450 in lyft just for the weekend

Went to Firestone, they wanted $ 800.00 for my lower ball joints, I called Jay, found him on google. He was very knowledgeable and showed me that my ball joints very pretty new, it only needed grease. Be made me return my stuff. Just added grease, the noise is gone. He could have just replaced the ball joints to make money. I will definitely call him again, if my truck brakes. Nice guy

Nice dude, professional, does great work at a good price. Highly recommend! Took a few days to get him to my place but it wasn’t an urgent need and he’s an in demand mechanic so be patient. Will definitely use again for any future work I may need done.

Great Guy. I was visiting from out of town and got lost. Then my car broke down. I had my car towed to Performance Auto, inc. Well 6 hours later and $500 later...my car still was not fixed. I had to leave there and made it too a parking lot where Jay showed up within minutes. He was wonderful. He showed me the real problem ( which was different from what Performance said). Needless to say Jay had me up and running within the hour. He was friendly and professional. Fair on his prices and seemed to know alot about car repairs. If your from out of town in this area dont call anyone else. Jay will have you going in no time.

He is a great mechanic, is always there when you need him and will find a way to give you the best possible price, I have never met an honest mechanic, he will find ways to make it cheaper for you and everything. He is my go to guy for both my cars and I call him anytime for any fixes I needs

Jay is great at what he does and seems like he loves doing it! He replaced the ball joints on my old Audi. He's very dependable, great pricing, knowledgable, honest and personable. Oh! And did I mention fast but thorough?!! I look forward to having him repair all of our cars in the future. He's the best! Thanks Jay!! I'll be calling you soon for the Mustang and truck.

Thank you Jay! He was very friendly and personable, confident in his repair, prepared with everything he needed.. Price was awesome. I have had some major bad experiences lately with a mobile Yourmechanic.cm national company and was afraid to trust another mobile mechanic, but his reviews told a story and so did Jay's posts. Just be very careful who you give your car to. Left my van with a loud noise unbelievable. My uncle who's a mechanic had to come out his way to fix my van and left it in correct working order. Please people be careful. Price to good to be true.
