The machines are good, it is very hot... as for the employees, I can only give an excellent opinion of Rosy, the others seem to mind that they come to wash... on several occasions the same lady who is there today, Saturday 04/27 at night He complains every time he sees someone come in.

I went today, 05/11, Sunday: 11:50 am; and the woman who was in charge of the place forbade us to dry the clothes we were carrying, which were a lot; if you didn't wash the clothes there we had no right to dry clothes; and My question is...What kind of business is this? So how are people like that who only have a washing machine in their homes or apartments supposed to..."DRY THEIR CLOTHES?" Many families only have a washing machine and need to go to a place to dry clothes!!! What kind of rule is that of this business? There is a lot of competition; spacious places and they should be courteous and friendly and welcome us as customers who choose that place to take our clothes!! They lost what one will spend in their business; and The woman who was there should be smarter and kinder because she is hateful; annoying:; send her to take a customer service course; to the owner of this place; learn to choose the people you hire

The woman who runs this place like today, Sunday 11/05 12 noon, is a hateful, rude person; she doesn't know what it means to provide good customer service; she doesn't let people dry their clothes when she has to dry a lot of clothes; be careful!! the customer is the first lady!! don't be so annoying and obnoxious, what are you doing working with the public? how are people who only have washing machines supposed to dry their clothes in a lundry??? what kind of business is it? Are you interested, Teresa, in getting your job done and having the client leave and go to another laundry? Please learn to choose your employees!!!

3 months with no Air conditioning, is very small with very little walking space, and now several of the fans don't work. Machines are $4.50 & $3.50 - they went up a month ago, dryers are $1.25 for 30 minutes the time went down a month ago from 42 minutes. So you would think they would actually fix the AC. Only 2 small folding tables with space for 1 person to fold between them. Little to no parking and you will get towed if you don't park in a spot.It's HOT. You will sweat. Be prepared.Service is getting worse every week. Time to find a new laundrymat.

The employees are friendly (Rosy) and helpful but the owner doesn't know how to manage, every week he charges the washing machines $0.50c or $0.75c. The place has been without air conditioning for more than two months, it is incredibly hot, not to mention parking, it is a challenge to find space because otherwise the tow truck will take it away. I had it as my favorite place but unfortunately the unjustified increase in machines without seeing improvements in the place is very unfair. And the fact that when they have a lot of work the employees occupy almost all the machines and the rest of us are left with a few, adding to this that there are only two tables to fold the clothes, which by the way are occupied most of the time! (None of this is the fault of the employees but of the administration)….

I considered it a good laundry, the people who work there are very friendly, excellent service. However, the owner of the place is the opposite, a poorly educated and inconsiderate person. For two months now it has been raising prices every week, for more than three months now the laundry does not have air conditioning, the heat is unbearable, it does not provide the necessary conditions. In addition to this when working girls have too much work, it becomes difficult to use the dryers and washing machines because they are being used by them. In addition, it is difficult to find parking in the place.

The Manager does not know English or Spanish, it is impossible to communicate with her, she makes a mistake when charging and has charged twice for the same piece. (Which the owner sees well) There is no social distancing and the staff in charge is the first to not wear a mask. There is almost no air conditioning. In two cases the laundry is dirty and they are aware and you cannot complain that the hard-working staff has the 4azon, not the customer. This place used to be very good. Since this new Manager is in place, it is no longer useful.

There is so much work that there is no room for customers to fold their clothes. Nobody answers the phone, and Google shows that they close at 9pm.Either it's 24 hours or they close at 9pmExcellent employees. It is the Owners who must update Google and leave space for the client to double.

It used to be a good Laundry until they changed the owner, is a mess. The same employees use all the machines, there is not enough free machines for the costumers and not space and the tables the employees used them. I don't recommend this Laundry, you are going to waste your time. It is not the first time that I have to leave because there is not free washing machines and tables.It was a good laundry until the new owners arrived, it's a very nice mess and all the machines are new but there is no space, the employees occupy all the washing machines, all the dryers and the tables, if it's going to be a private Landry, it's better that they won't have one to the public since they make you waste your time since from the door you have to leave because there is no space for anything. A complete disaster.
