to start off the guy who received my car was a smartass from the beginning. Then once the car is washed there was an older guy dragging his feet to wipe it down and missed everywhere they also left mud on my car . everyone there has a bad attitude and there was no good customer service i will never go back

j The worst car wash I've ever been to reasons why is because the owner has no idea what's going on or what she's doing or knows what she's talking about she just bought the place and uses the worst products and cheap Products for example the armoral that they used to wipe down your dash and your interior is used for your tires Which goes away in like 10 minutes if you don't believe me ask the. To show you the bottle that they are using for your dash you going to see it's for tires only also the ceramic that they sent your car with literally nothing comes out if you don't, believe me, you can look into the window of the tunnel and see for yourself Also when you tip Don't give the money to somebody put the money into the box the reason why is because as soon as you give the money to the person that person is going to steal that tip except for putting it into the box if you still choose to get the car wash just make sure you watch your car while it is being clean because they do less when your not looking

Very polite crew. Not the brightest bulbs in the pack though. Pricing is fair. Quality is ok. They are not detail-oriented, so be ready to have them run it through the machine a second time or vacuum a second time (or whatever). It will not come out right the first time. Easy in-and-out, and a clean waiting room. This is better than it has been in 18 years though, so they have that going for them. This is some thing like the fifth owner in 18 years. I hope they can break the curse of this location.

I'm guessing that the attendant I interacted with was somehow the manager of atleast the beginning pullup area, and when he came over to my vehicle, I started a conversation with him and what appeared to be an employee/owner walked up, and my attendant just walked off with him not bothering to continue the conversation, and left me hanging as to what we were doing about getting the car washed!? I kept my eye on them, and when he was done conversing with the other person, he looked around and saw me still standing there, and then proceeded to wave me over to his register location. I instructed him that he had left me hanging and I told him that it was rude and bad customer service to do so, and his best customer pleasantry response was,, " Are you ok?" I responded no, and it was then,, when his only response was,,, well sir, feel free to take it somewhere else to get it done! I was like,, "WTH" You just said that to me ???? What a great business tactic , talk badly to a long time customer, and see if he ever steps back onto that property,, ever again ! And informing all my friends and business constituents!! Suggestion: Want to build a good customer base??? That person is doing the direct opposite of what needs to happen !! Take it from there !! Unhappily, A Very discruntled customer!!

Just finished at Jet car wash and I have to say I was disappointed. The guys who received the car and did the interior was great, the service on the back end was way below par. I paid for there top wash, and let's just say they left out some of the products that was listed. Disappointed, not sure I will return

I was in line waiting and the attendants drove two cars into the line in front of me, very frustrating. I asked the cashier what happened and he said I do what I'm told. Last time they see me.

Came to get my car washed in and out. Not looking for perfect but at least for some effort. Apparently the effort stops at vacuuming the mats and seats as well as cleaning the inside in general, when asked if they could revaccum the entire car they basically didn't do I was met with "well it's never gonna be perfect, you get what you paid for" by the "manager". He jokingly remarked that he'd give me a refund for the abysmal job but quickly back stepped when I took him up on the offer saying "nah I was just joking, we don't do that here". The reason it's two stars and not one is because it's close to my house but I'd rather drive farther for at least a DECENT car wash. Don't come here.

Not very detailed They don't vacuum good, they forget to wipe dash and interior etc. when I complained the excuse was that people don't want to work. Lol that's not a good excuse.

Terrible job, I had to end up at home cleaning the car. I paid for the most expensive service and they left parts uncleaned and with the soap stuck ... a bunch of guys talking and dancing and they didn't care about the details. They changed how I had my radio programmed so they can to listen to music. Last time I go to this place.

I went there the other day and got a detail from This young kid told me his name was noel And he did an amazing wax for my car and did a super clean under a hour and the manager there is amazing very helpful and professional so was the kid!! You ask me I'll go again!

Worst ever. Kids working so fast, no attention to details, just running to finish fast forgetting steps or doing them wrongly, just to hide and talk to each other or eat. Worst $30 bucks I spent in car wash ever, my car kept 90 % of the dirt It had before.

Tried this car wash out for the first time yesterday because I was handed a flyer while waiting at a red light. Assumed by the price point it would be a hand wash place...not. They run the cars through a car wash machine and hand dry. Faster than a hand wash but not nearly as good and definitely not worth what they charge. Place is run by 15-18 year old boys, one who would mash the gas and peel out just to move a mini van 15 feet into a parking spot. The only adult there actually drove my car out of the machine while revving the engine to get a rise out if the boys. They had to be told to clean 3 of the 4 wheels again, the back seat was not cleaned, floor mates were put back inside wet, radio was blasting, and center console was left dirty. No wonder there was no wait time...do yourself a favor and go down the street to behind the burger king on 112st for an excellent hand car wash. Will never come back to this wreak again.

Seems that there's a new car wash in the area. I was pretty impressed. They left my car fresh and clean. I'll be back. The service was great. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
