I had them redo a 60’ by 30’ print with brushstrokes on short notice which I requested late during the holidays and despite the poor timing they turned it around quickly and beautifully. One of the store attendants graciously helped me get the painting into the car and gave advice on how to store it properly. They listened to my questions, offered suggestions and supported my decision wholeheartedly. They never commented on the artwork or judged it at all. They just wanted me to have a great framing experience 10/10

So there are many things I love about I’ve been framed aside from the quality of their frame work. I am always impressed by the quality of art that they sell. They have beautiful art to buy as well. The art at other frames stores looks like they got picked out of a garage sale but at I’ve Been Framed they have actual art from well known artists and is available for purchase. They also have an art space next door where they hold events too. I was thoroughly impressed.

Run AWAY. Don't give them your artwork. Took over a month to get done, when i was told 1 week. They gave me a different framing, and one of the pieces already broke. Very disappointed in the service, and their product.

I came to frame an art work and the associates were all coughing sneezing- they were all sick. I really didn't wanted to get into a discussion by reporting them to the manager on duty, but I made this post publicly because is important to know that in times of pandemic, to keep staffing associates that are not in good health even if is a cold- IS NOT OK - plus they were not wearing the mask inside the store- they put its on when I stepped into the store- This location I'm talking about is the one in 8th street Calle Ocho. To put the cherry on top of the ice cream, the service of one of the associates was so poor she didn't wanted to help me, she was like rushing me to pick a frame, their prices are very high and I understand that's the price but I was looking for recommendation that can adjust to my budget, finally another associate end up helping me and I left my paint there just because I really liked a frame they have.Today is January 11th and I haven't heard back not even an email or a call to give an update about my art work service. What an awful service for real.
