I never leave reviews but I had to this time. I got a piercing here from Danny and two tats from Mariana. The staff is wonderful. They’re nice, super patient and the place is not only beautiful but spotless. I love it and it made the whole experience a great one to remember. I felt super comfortable and like they truly want you to be happy. I won’t go anywhere else even if it is 55 min from home!

Wanted to wait for my piercings to fully heal but I have nothing but amazing things to say about this studio. My best friend got her first tattoo ever here and it’s beautiful and I got my nipples pierced! I was so nervous but Em made me feel nothing but comfortable and this is the best experience at any shop I have been to ever! Everyone was so nice and amazing at their practice, everything came out and healed perfectly :)

I have nothing to say regarding the staff, who were kind and understanding towards me. However, when I booked the appointment and paid a $100 deposit, I was more than sure that the tattoo artist would be able to accurately interpret the image I had sent several weeks prior. When I arrived, as you can see from the images, the picture I had sent and the artist's drawing did not match my requirements. After about an hour and several attempts, unfortunately, the design remained completely different from the original and far from my needs. For this reason, despite the tattoo being in memory of my deceased dog, and despite the tattoo artist being unable to interpret and create a design similar to the one I sent, they still kept the $100 deposit for the artist's lost time. And for my time wasted?
For this reason, I decided not to return because I found the service to be unprofessional. If an artist is unable to interpret or replicate a design, the time is lost for both parties, and for the client, it is also a financial loss. I don't want to generalize, as this studio surely has talented and professional artists, but this design does not live up to the standards of a studio like this, especially considering the prices they charge. I strongly advise against choosing Maria as a tattoo artist.
Since I can't respond to your review, I'm modifying my initial one and attaching photos as proof. The artist Maria took only an hour ( 4.30 to 5.30 ) to make three sketches, which were almost identical, with just a couple of additional details. I believe that a tattoo studio should understand what type of artist is most suitable for the design sent weeks in advance, to avoid wasting both the client's and the artist's time.

Had a fantastic experience at this studio. I received my first three tattoos here and the studio was clean.
The only hiccup was with scheduling because I told them in early January that I would be in Miami in March for a conference and would love if I could come in before or after the conference to get the tattoo. They said they send out appointments the first of February and when I got my appointment, it was on the same days as the conference, and obviously I couldn't leave work, so I rescheduled for April.

First and foremost, the studio itself is immaculate. It's clean, organized, and modern, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in maintaining the studio is evident, and it made me feel at ease knowing I was in a professional and hygienic environment.
A special shout-out goes to Ori, the incredibly talented artist who brought my vision to life. Ori was amazing to work with—extremely communicative and attentive throughout the entire process.
The final result exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with my new tattoo. Thank you, Iris Tattoo and Ori, for an incredible first tattoo experience.

I had an extraordinary experience from the moment I contacted the studio to get information Thomas was very helpful in answering my question and accommodating my time request for the appointment. This was my first tattoo, and the artist was Rustem, and he is amazing and of a very calm demeanor and helped me feel super comfortable during my session.
He is extremely professional and talented. My tattoo is so beautiful and every time I see the final work I feel wonderful and smile because is exactly what I was hoping for. He captures every detail of my dog's face, and my dog tattoo portrait is a work of art.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful first-time tattoo experience.

My friend and I went to get a matching tattoo, and I have to say we got the best service! Everyone is very friendly, we felt very comfortable, welcomed, and the place is beautiful. I definitely recommend checking it out.
The time frame of response for them to see what we had in mind and recommend the person that best fitted our ideas was quick, as well as setting a date.

OMG, where to begin!? the scheduling process, after sending preliminary information, was seamless… we received emails giving options of artists available during our availability along with tags of their portfolios. This was our first tattoo; my partner and I wanted to commemorate our late puppy, Luna, with a tattoo… from the moment we walked in the door the vibe was set! the aesthetics, organization, cleanliness, greeting… it was clear that attention to detail was paid. My partner was set up with Casey and I was paired up with Oriana, both of them were able to take our visions and intention and deliver with their respective masterpieces. THANK YOU to the entire team, you guys are killing it! and to the photographer that was there to capture every one of our emotions and sent us home with a heartfelt hug, you sealed our experience (i’m so sorry i didn’t catch your name amongst the tears) <3

This was my second tattoo at Iris with Rustem. Such a lovely experience. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, from the moment you’re scheduling your appointment until the minute you walk out of the door. Rustem did such a great job again! He made the whole experience go by so quick and made sure I was happy with my design. I had him touch up my previous tattoo after almost 3 years, and it came out amazing! Such a great artist. I definitely recommend getting your tattoo at Iris! You won’t regret it.

This was my first tattoo, and I enjoyed everything about the entire experience. I inquired about an appointment online, and someone emailed me back within 24 hours. I was able to get my tattoo the next day. Everyone in the studio was very friendly, and the place was VERY clean. My artist's name was FLOR, and she did a fantastic job. She worked with me to sketch the tattoo until it was perfect. She also did an amazing job on the detailing, and the shading came out just right. I will be going back for my next tattoo.

Incredible studio and amazing customer service! I just got my first tattoo here and would suggest Iris for anyone who is intimidated or unsure of taking that next step.
The customer service shines through from step one with the email communication. Once you are at the studio, staff is welcoming and provides you with an after care package with your name. There is a magnet board and that also welcomes you to the space. The layout, Interior design, all of it makes you feel like you are at a salon! They even offer you a nice selection of teas while you wait.
I got to work with Amanda, who I really appreciated and would recommend! She was so warm and embracing and helped me figure out what I really wanted. She played with the design a few times and also gave her professional feedback without pushing me towards one direction or another. She really wanted to make sure I loved the design before moving forward and would have reworked the design as many times as needed.
It was also really special that they took such a nice photo afterwards of the final work! Every detail made the whole experience a special one.
I'm so happy I was able to find Iris and work with Amanda on my first tattoo!

J'ai été tatoué par JC qui a réalisé exactement le dessin que je voulais et qui a été très patient tout du long des ajustements pour la position notamment. Le salon est très beau et agréable, le service est parfait: les produits de soins donnés dès l'arrivée, le petit shooting photo à la fin, l'envoie des photos,...etc
En bref je recommande vivement ce salon de tatouage/piercing.
