Iris Lopez and her staff as the BEST!!! We were on the verge of being cancelled, and time didn't appear to be on our side. But they didn't abandon us. They pretty much held our hands throughout a long and stressful period. Laura, my go to person, was and is amazing. Her communication skills are great! Wonderful staff and truly caring agent! They helped us save quite a bit of $ by switching from Geico a while ago and our premiums have remained similar the whole time we've been with State Farm. Maybe 2-3$ a month changes, if that. Any questions I have their team is always super helpful! Very grateful I found this office and this agent ❤️

They are amazing super friendly family orientated customer service that is out of this world !!! Even when I got into a car accidents they called me to check up on me and make sure that I was okay.. and every time I talk to them on the phone it feels like if I'm talking to family.. I would never replace them they are unreplaceable!!!

I’m obsessed with this State Farm branch. I’ve been a customer for a long time and as the years have gone on I’ve added additional services. They have always been so accommodating with helping me to find a plan that meets my needs and is not a financial burden. They have also been so patient with me as I’m not always the best with remembering when payments are due. They allow you to make partial payments if needed and when Covid-19 started they made sure to call me and let me know that if I needed they could be flexible with payment options. All the ladies I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to have been so nice you’d swear they were family. This is a huge relief to me as in a world where impersonal big business is becoming the norm, this agency makes business feel intimate - - like a true good neighbor as their tag line says. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do!!!

Calls and emails are answered very quickly; each agent takes ownership of the request and follows up to completion. Although all employees are great, Maria and Karla deserve particular praise.As a former Management Consultant specialized in Customer Service, Iris Lopez agency truly understands the meaning of "excellence" in service. They seem to know how to identify great employees, train them well, and retain them. I highly recommend them!!!!!!
