Terrible customer service! You walk in and they don’t even acknowledge you. We looked throughout all the drawers and no help at all. Went into the store twice because they had what we were looking for and neither time they greeted us or let us know that they would help as soon as they were done in the register. Mind you, both times we went into the store she was with the same customer at the register (about 15 minutes after I left the first time) Ended up walking out again.

Customer service here is terrible. It seems like they have ZERO customer service training. I bought 2 Small pajamas and spent $300, but when I went back home, I tried them on, but they were too small, so I went back to see if the Mediums were ok… It turned out the employee didn’t want to give me back my money because one of the pants had one small stain… luckily I didn’t even try the pants at home, just the Shirts. They sold me the pants like that. After discussing, and ridiculously waisted 15 mins of my life, she finally gave back my money. What a waste of energy

Worst customer service!!! Came to pick up my order in the store and when some things didn’t fit and I wanted to return, I was told they don’t accept online orders returns, that this company is Italian and that’s the way they do things. When I purchased I specifically necked that one can return an online order at the store. The representative doesn’t represent the brand well, because she didn’t offer any explanation or did anything to help.

Love this lingerie store! First shopped it when I was in Italy the first time and was so stocked when I saw one open in Dadeland! The fine Italian lingerie speaks volumes of delicate, intricate craftsmanship! All wrapped in beautiful, sexy lace! I love their pieces! They have different styles for more simpler tastes to the most lacy panties and bras! They run specials all year long pretty much and they give a run for their money to the other store nearby (VS)!! Customer service is good! The girls are very nice and helpful and I haven't been in the store where it gets a little crazy and feels very commercial as in other lingerie store nearby! Check it out if you haven't and you may find yourself asking why you hadn't stepped in this store yet! Lol

Great store but the management is racist i had a Interview there a few weeks ago before the manager met me she was so excited to meet me she scheduled my interview right away even though she kept changing my interview date and time but its ok as long as we meet. she told me they were looking for full time but when we met in person and she saw that i was african american she offers me part time and she asked all the basic interview questions but when she asked if i spoke spanish and i told her not fluently but i can understand it. she looked at me like no way. And i never heard from her after that interview, if i didn't get the job at least call me or send a email but its cool because i visited the store two days straight before we had a Interview to see how the store look let me say this yes the store is amazing and the employees are very nice and helpful but let me say this they do not get alot of customers like they claim they do everytime i went up there there were no customers in there just one employee.
