What store is awesome. But more importantly Ray who works at on the sales floor is amazing. I tried on something and even though I didn't buy it her attentiveness and customer service was top notch.

Very rude staff, it was 7:50pm, and they are supposed to close at 9:00 pm, and they told me I couldn’t enter or see anything because they were “closed”

LOVE intermix and shop regularly. Absolutely avoid this location though. Very rude staff, there is a short woman there who is perhaps rudest of them all. I shop online or at the Bal Harbor location (courteous staff).

Very disappointed in the service. I went in and was not greeted, didn’t even get a glance up from any of the associates. I found a very cute top but was ignored by the 2 ladies in the store. Needless to say I will never return nor will I ever purchase anything from this brand. It’s unfortunate you don’t teach your sales associates better customer service as the prices are high and in order for many customers to 1. Purchase and 2. continue to purchase it’s about the experience not always the price. Not sure if gym clothes and tennis shoes signifies you can’t afford shopping at this store…moral of the story even women in gym clothes have money to spend it just won’t be at this store!

I bought a dress on intermix online, I pay my order, days after waiting for my dress, I didn’t receive any notification so I decided to enter the website where it says my order was “cancelled”. No notification, no money back, and worst customer service. I used to be a client, but I was scammed, all people on social media are complaining the same. Be aware of this brand, DONT BUY IT HERE.

2 days ago one of the two female employees ripped a clothing hanger out of my moms arms and caused a long scrape on her left arm. Employee's should not be allowed to get physically aggressive with clients. I have already emailed the store but no response.

Rude people don’t go the black lady in there was rude trying to tell people to put a mask on when we are vaccinated . What’s the point ? Go to Zara for a cheaper price or Reiss!!
