Please mark your website items out of stock if you don’t have them. It says “23 in stock” for the ink I want to purchase. I called to see if they have it, the gentleman was friendly and helpful but their website is not up to date.

I have been a client of Image Pro since I bought my first large-format printer 11 years ago! I have developed a priceless relationship with the owner and his team, so I consider them my friends. Whenever I run out of paper or ink and need to get it immediately, the store is conveniently located on the Palmetto Highway in Miami! But the store is also online, where I can easily order large-format printing supplies if I have the time to wait. Carlos is the store manager; he is simply the best salesperson in the world! He is always kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I love going to the store because I can see and touch all the different papers, the latest printers, and other exciting supplies. If they don't have something in stock, they will go out of their way to get it and have it delivered to you promptly. I certainly appreciate having a local provider there whenever I need it! Frederic knows the business well and uses the latest technology to pass on the information to his clients. He will give you the best advice on a printer if you need one. I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Image Pro International to anyone looking for photo printers or paper. I was looking for a photo printer and was helped by Alline who walked me through everything. I spoke to 3-4 vendors before going to here and I was beyond surprised with how quickly and helpful with all my questions. I purchased the printer the same day. I was very impressed with the followup as well. Overall great experience!!

Absolute thieves! I can’t understand how Epson uses this outfit as a certified repair facility.
$75.00 just to check a NX420 home printer? For $10.00 more Epson sends me a brand new printer with warranty! Or I can buy a new printer with warranty at Walmart for as low as $50.00 You people are total CROOKS!
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They want to rob people blind!

I go here often to buy supplies for my large format printer, they are always pleasant. What one would expect from any business. But my last visit, is what made them shine for me. They surpassed my exceptions.
