The reality is: When youre not going to be home, and so you instruct IKEA to just drop off your purchase (because your condo accepts drop-off deliveries) the delivery service NEVER actually bothers to attempt drop-off delivery. This is because the delivery crew wants the customer to be home so they can collect tips -- otherwise you never get your purchase. Its a racket. and IKEA know this but doesnt care.

I'm an avid fan of IKEA's range of products and have always enjoyed shopping here. However, a recent experience has compelled me to share my disappointment, particularly regarding the treatment of customers by some staff members.During our last visit, my wife encountered an extremely unpleasant situation. An associate at the store treated her with a lack of respect and professionalism that was both shocking and unacceptable. Despite her attempts to clarify a misunderstanding, the associate continued to insinuate that she was attempting to steal, even after she presented several old receipts, including one for the bag in question.This interaction occurred at the self-checkout, where the staff member inappropriately questioned every item my wife scanned and addressed her in a condescending manner. This not only caused her significant distress but also made her feel disrespected and uncomfortable.While we have always been fond of IKEA's products, this experience has significantly tainted our perception of the store. Customer service is crucial, and it's disheartening to see such a lapse in manners and professionalism. We hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that measures will be implemented to ensure no other customer has to undergo a similar experience.Respectfully,Jesus Alvarez

Everything in my order was broken, and customer service made me take pictures of every crack and sketch to prove that it's damaged. The customer service and delivery service were horrible and rude. Now, I have a big box of garbage and broken glass in my apartment. I don't even know when I'll receive a replacement, and there's uncertainty about whether I'll get it due to the need for an investigation into the proof of damage. I will NEVER ORDER FROM this IKEA again; just use Amazon. They won't ask you to take pictures of every scratch on your broken items and stay on the phone with them for hours. HORRIBLE!!!

Every time I have been there (which is quite a lot) the employees have always been super nice and helpful! They had super nice rooms upstairs and when I had to go to customer service to pick up some items we couldn't grab ourselves the co workers were very fast in bringing it out. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for affordable items.

Great place to go shopping for home accessories. Good prices and huge variety. The only reason why I don’t give 5 stars is that you hace to walk all the way through the showrooms, there are very few shortcuts in the showrooms. There’s plenty of parking.

You can absolutely spend a lot of time here. I enjoyed going through every floor. It can get crowded and easy to get lost finding your way through this store. I enjoy their display/ suggestions they have and there are great priced items but it is overwhelming to shop here the first time. I would suggest to come early to get a good parking spot that you can remember where you parked and walk throughout the store without so many people because this place can get very crowded. And bring your own bags because they do not supply them they only have them for purchase. Definitely give yourself time to shop here.

During my check out at, Jeffrey H.'s (cashier) professionalism shone, turning a routine process into a standout experience for me. Not only did he handle my purchase efficiently, but he also assisted me through the intricacies of the IKEA membership, helping me understand and maximize my benefits in a way no one had before. It's rare to see someone so dedicated at the point of sale, but Jeffrey's extraordinary service will make me return again.

I bought 2 big orders of closets. There were missing 2 items, I came to buy it and I couldn't find it and pay it after get the order to pay it. I asked to 3 different persons for the parts and everybody told me go there, and the way had a gate so I could go to pick by myself my things so after waste 2 hours I refused to buy the parts and I didn't bought the parts that I was needing. Ikea needs so much people to help customers. Is ridiculous the way you guys left your customers without help. I don't recommend this place with this poor customer service, in my case was missing just 2 pieces but I can't imagine if there were missing 10 pieces, is horrible this customer service. don't buy here

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at IKEA in Miami. The store layout was incredibly organized, making it easy to navigate. The white selection of stylish and affordable furniture left me spoiled for choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering valuable assistance when needed the in-store dining options are please and surprise, providing a delicious break during my visit our IKEA in Miami exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to return for my next home decor adventure.

The new or recent change to waiting for a large.purchased item to be brought to you instead of you getting it yourself from the bins, is NOT working. So far, I have waited 45 minutes AFTER paying for my purchase to have it brought down from the shelf because it requires a forklift and it must have run out of gas or broken down or whatever. I am sooo upset that I am not going to consider IKEA for large items anymore. Please go back to the old syst m. It was much more customer friendly and much less frustrating. By the way? I'm still waiting. It had been 50 minutes now. Highly do NOT recommend. Oh. And if you buy in the store they will not take it to your car. However, if you buy online, they will take it to your car. Hilarious.

This place used to have better prices. Everything has gone up in price, but the price increases at this chain no longer make most things (including their cafeteria!) a really good value.I also learned that even as a store 'member' - by ordering ahead for pick up, I was losing out on the 5% discount you get as a member in-store. How does that make sense?

I had a fantastic experience at IKEA in Doral. The store layout was impressive, and the variety of products was remarkable.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly when they are around.However, I did find that returns took a bit longer than expected. Overall, a great place for furniture and home goods shopping.

The customer service in the store is awful. They are absolutely mean and don’t treat customers well. I was in the line for 30 minutes and the customer representative could mot help me with a return. I asked for her manager but she told me to stay in line until the manager is available. I waited another 30 minutes, and went to another customer representative and tried to explain what happened. Unexpectedly he ignored me and said next in line. I said I want to talk to your manger and they replied me back that you are mean!!!!
