The rooms were ok, the beds were comfortable, but it was hot, the ac was not up to par. The worst part was the service. We had late check out because we were there for a convention. That was a disaster. We had to go back and forth to the desk for 2 hours.

Getting into and out of the area is a mess with traffic, and if you park your car in the garage, you run the risk of staff shutting down the walkway between the hotel and the garage (good luck finding your car). The staff were kind and professional though. I doubt I’ll go back due to the location and how poorly designed the roads are around the area - they’re built with neither cars nor people in mind - simply overcrowded.

One of the worst Hyatts we have stayed in. The hotel cannot handle max capacity... which the hotel was at this weekend. ELEVATORS did not work consistently due to overuse. Got stuck in elevators twice and we are on our first 24 hours. Some elevators refused to go down - certainly hotel management know this. The staff looked exhausted and were bravely handling the overcrowding.
Will def never stay here again. We enjoyed breakfast daily at Intercontinental Hotel which is far superior in all aspects.
Very disappointing stay Hyatt.

"Excellent service on arrival, we was greeted by Edward who took care of car and was very polite, friendly, and helpful, he gave us he time and great advice.
Friendly front desk and accommodating.
The room is clean and comfortable
"Comfy bed but small room.
We have stayed in many of the Hyatt hotels for over 8 years always in great locations but the thing that makes a good place to stay are the staff which the Hyatt have.

During my stay at the Miami Hyatt Regency, I experienced two serious breaches of privacy. On one occasion, housekeeping entered our hotel room unannounced while my wife was inside. On another occasion, I was in the main floor public bathroom when staff again entered without warning. When I attempted to address these issues, the operations manager scolded me for bringing them up with his staff. The lack of professionalism and accountability at this establishment is alarming. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to protect guest privacy.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of the downtown. Hundreds of options within a few mins walk. Superb staff in every sense. Clean, spacious, rooms. Only reason I knocked it down to 4 stars is the road noise is an obvious issue, they provide you with earplugs.
Nearby activities: Brickell City Centre Mall, Bayside Marketplace
Walkability: You can walk to hundreds of restaurants, clothiers and malls within 10mins walk
Food and drinks: Starbucks on-site, bar and convenience store on site.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables, and a big part of that was thanks to Yari at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Her friendly smile and helpful attitude made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Yari was attentive to every detail, offering excellent recommendations and making sure all my needs were met. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the guests, and her warmth added a special touch to my stay. The hotel is fantastic, but Yari’s exceptional service is what truly sets it apart. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an outstanding stay!
This version highlights both Yari’s exceptional service and the quality of the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables.

Stayed there for about 6 days with my family that came to visit from Argentina and everything was awesome, they were impressed with every single installation ? the staff there is very nice, friendly and helpful!
The location is perfect. Close to everything
My husband is a member sooooo we love Hyatt
Our fav is the one that is in Seattle (our city).
Thank you very much for everything!!!

I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were good and pretty standard takes a lot to wow me on that so it’s not on them. The location was near everything which was great. I was the most pleased with the restaurant/bar & lounging area.
Food and drinks: But I will say I was the most pleased with the restaurant/bar. The food was great. The wings with the bbq sauce & mild hot sauce were amazing along with this Miami guava cocktail I had. I was greeted & seated. Watched the game. Nicolas was a good server. I spoke a bit with one of the restaurant managers who came and checked on me. I believe her name was Crystal. She was a great. She made me feel very accommodated and welcomed with our conversation. She suggested the Wagyu burger and she was not wrong about it! Overall a very good experience at this hotel.
