STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!
Unprofessional with no empathy. I booked a stay with Hyatt Centric Brickell and I had the worst experience. The room was very cold with a shower that refused to work. The area was clean but I found tile that kept tripping me as I would walk. I returned from lunch and talked to a supervisor named Bryan. I told Bryan that I would like a late checkout. Bryan let me know my checkout was supposed to to be at noon. I let him know that I was not informed of the late checkout policy. How can they deduct me and charge me if I was not aware. Bryan was giving attitude and was totally non sympathetic or empathetic. As we went back and forth, he began to give attitude. Without causing a disturbance to other guest, I went to the room to grab my belongings. I am very disappointed with Bryan and his service. I will never stay here ever again. If you guys continue to hire people with these kind of work ethic your business will plummet. Bryan, ruined my Miami trip.

I definitely enjoyed my anniversary weekend at this hotel. Orlando, the front desk receptionist, had very good customer service and was very welcoming! The room was neat and clean. We had an amazing view of the bay. We loved everything about the room and balcony. Thank you Orlando for the hospitality and I can’t wait to book this hotel again!

Great hotel in a central location, close to everything you would want to be near in Brickell. Huge rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and came with an empty refrigerator which is always a plus.
We called down for more towels, and within 5 minutes they were delivered, excellent customer service!
Staff was helpful and efficient while checking in.
Will be returning and staying here next time we are in Miami.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami, and was excited to see Herman as soon as we walked in! We actually recognized him from our last visit in December, and he made all the difference this time around too. Herman is the definition of top-notch customer service—professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his attention to detail really elevated our experience. Plus, the location is perfect if you have any events around Bayfront Park—super convenient! The rooms are modern, comfortable, and just what we needed to relax after a long day. We had the best view of the Bay. If you stay here, look out for Herman because he’s truly the best!

When I tell you guys, the best service we’ve received in hotel stays. We’ve stayed in four seasons, ritz carltons, the most luxurious high end hotels you can name, but the best service we have ever received has been from Kay here at Hyatt Centric Brickell. He is extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms/hotel are very clean and modern. For those reasons, we will continue coming back for sure!

I recently worked with this hotel to create a surprise proposal setup for a couple before their check-in. It was a big surprise for the girlfriend, and she was in a great mood throughout their stay. We arranged beautiful flowers that lasted a long time, creating a lovely atmosphere for their vacation. The staff was very helpful and made everything easy. If you want to add something special to your stay in Brickell, this hotel is a great choice!
Rooms: The interior of the hotel rooms is so calm that it's easy to create beautiful decor elements.

The staff was awesome!! My room was big, very spacious with a big bathroom. Everything was clean which added to my comfortability around the property. My room didn't have a chair on the balcony, but I just took a chair from the table and sat on the balcony each morning to enjoy the sunrise. Looking forward to my next trip to Miami and definitely staying at the Hyatt Centric again.

I’m staying at Hyatt Brickell for the second time in a year but will definitely not come back. Unless I got a particularly bad room this time, the property is going downhill. The flooring in the room looks and feels gross, as it’s fairly wobbly, and overall cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. Both the furniture and curtains look worn off and don’t match a fairly elevated price off season. The room is reasonably spacious but this is literally the only pro other than location.

My partner and I are enjoying a long weekend at Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami, and I noticed that their shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel contain honey extract. As someone who follows a plant-based lifestyle, I was hesitant to use these products. I discussed my concerns with the hotel manager, Melissa, regarding the implications of exclusivity. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and solution-oriented approach. She promptly dispatched her staff to find plant-based alternatives, demonstrating the hotel's commitment to embracing diversity and respecting individual beliefs. This proactive response made our stay much more comfortable, and I would like to extend my compliments to both the hotel and Manager Melissa for their outstanding service.

The room was large with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean, and the shower was great as well - large and good water pressure.
There was ample lighting in the room which was also very good.
Breakfast had good variety - Globalists get $28 credit for breakfast.
Communication could have been better. Requesting amenities via Hyatt app, one of my favorite features with Hyatt properties, was a bit off as I didn't receive what I asked for even though it was showing as completed. I talked to the front desk as I was leaving the next morning and found only one (toothpaste) of the three items requested when I came back without any note on why the other two items (slippers and yoga mat) weren't delivered.
