No one picked up the phone. Went on Easter Sunday and they were closed. The website hours weren't updated. They hardly ever pick up the phone whenever I call. Selection is limited compared to other locations.

Always been a huge Hugo Boss fan. This Brickell location probably had the tightest and most recent Boss Collections I have come across. Staff was busy but friendly and once the customers dwindled, the staff made sure I was given proper attention. Purchased a solid mount of clothes and will definitely return. Highly recommend this location.

Schedule said they close at 7:00 PM but 6:30 PM they close the door and don’t open even when they see you. Please change it on Google Map

We’re in front of the store 30 min before they closed and nobody open the door. We were four different customers trying to shop on your store. If the manager checks the cameras will see their team was doing anything to sell, very stupid. I don’t think is the behavior which represents this Brand…but maybe you don’t need to sell anymore.

I have never in my life been to a store where I felt so appreciated and respected. Although I go there maybe 1-2 ever other month the management knows me by first name and immediately have recommendations. My wife has gone in with me before and they always ask me about her (name as well). I came here for the clothes but will stay a longtime customer because of the staff. This location is blessed to have Diego.

Went into the store in scrubs ready to buy 4 button shirts but they behaved as if i was ready to steal something and wouldn't let me in the changing room with more than one shirt at a time. Something funny going on here. Left the store and will never return. I hope you read this review before you endorse this store.

Employees rude and inattentive. Manager was a real sphincter, adding "honey" at the end of every sassy statement doesn't make you friendly.
