I had a very negative experience at this hotel and I do not recommend staying here. I called to request an early check in twice. The day of my reservation, I called the hotel at 7:30 am and they told me my room was available. I traveled to Miami early because I was told our room was ready. When I arrived, the staff stated the room isn’t ready and that they cannot guarantee a room before 4pm. Between 9:00 am - 10:30 pm, I called 7+ times to ask when my room would be ready and the staff kept noting it wasn’t ready. I was told the staff would call me when the room was ready, they never called. I believe this was targeted mistreatment by the staff as it makes no sense why they wouldn’t allow me to have my room at 4:00 pm which is the promised time. I received my room at 11:00 pm. I cannot believe the terrible treatment I received by the staff. On top of this, the hotel room was priced over $400 this night and I barely was able to use it with such a late check in. This caused me to cancel all my plans that day and ruined my birthday vacation, which was also noted on my account. I have never had such a negative experience at a hotel. I felt very uncomfortable staying here given the treatment by the staff toward me.

I found this hotel to be the place for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Miami at about 5-stars level for much lower cost with a parking garage included, and with walking distance to wide verify of venues.

Loved our room on the 17th floor and really enjoyed the free breakfast out on the balcony or inside on the sofa. Coffee was available on the 24th floor. Had a nice pool and work out room. Really grateful they let us check in early and also held our luggage while we waited for our room and went out to be tourists for a while. All the receptionists at the front desk or very kind and helpful. My only complaint truly was I was not able to cast to my TV and they were having ongoing issues that they were working on. But we w ere not there to watch TV we were there to see the beautiful city of Miami. Thank you for an excellent stay!

It’s nearly 1am and I’m still awake at The Indigo Hotel because I can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door—TV, flushing toilet, even belching. There was no hot water in my shower this afternoon. And 2 parts of my breakfast order were wrong—potatoes served when asked for cooked breakfast without and I never received my 2nd cappuccino. The location is very good the pool and gym fine. Hopefully, my neighbours will go to sleep soon as I’m getting cranky!Walkability: Brickell City Center very close.

One of the most comically bad hotel stays I’ve ever had. Overall looks nice and has the trendy vibe but they miss the mark in many preventable ways that by the end of our 1 night stay, we had multiple quotes that we jokingly used the rest of our vacation. We arrived at about 1 PM and were told by the front desk that our room wasn’t ready, which was fine. We were early. We went to eat at the restaurant where the service was abysmal. There was one other party seated but it took several minutes for anyone to come out. When she did, we started to order drinks at which point we were told the bar was closed. They had beer and wine. We ordered drinks and food. About 10 minutes later, half of our drinks came out. Another 15-20 minutes later, our food came out (except for one persons, and still no drinks). The rest of the drinks came out and we ordered another round assuming it was going to take a while to which we were told they had just two Corona’s left. After about 10 minutes, our last person’s food finally came out. The food was delicious so that was a plus.We then went to the rooftop bar to find it closed. So we go pool area which is fine but gets very little sun due to its location and size of the building. There’s also no hot tub or bar. We chill up there until about 4:30 (30 minutes after check in time) and go downstairs. We go to check in and there are about 6 people behind the small front desk chit chatting, laughing, etc. We’re told by one guy that our rooms are still not showing as ready but it’s probably “just because housekeeping never updates the system when rooms are clean” (which is a pretty dumb excuse to blame someone else for not doing their job) but he was going to go check and we should just wait in the lobby. He disappears to the back. After several minutes, I walk back the direction he went off to by the elevators and see he’s gone to a back breakroom and there is more laughing/giggling going on. After several more minutes, he comes out and just goes back to the desk and seemingly back to his work. We’re standing there and it was clear he had no intentions of coming to update us so we walk up to him and ask to which he says “well we’re just waiting for the housekeeping manager to get back to us”. When we’ve made it clear we aren’t going away, he picks up a phone. Another women (manager maybe?) comes over and as we’re talking to her, we are asking why 45 minutes after check in time rooms aren’t ready (clearly other people were having the same issue) she replies “It’s been a busy week” — it was Tuesday by the way. He gets off the phone and we’re told that one room is ready but not the other because it still needed to be cleaned (but the other room is on the same floor). We go up to our room and out of curiosity, I look around to see if there was even a maid on the floor. There was, and they were chit chatting in the hallway definitely not making progress on cleaning a room. This was a theme as every time we saw a housekeeper (or any staff really) around the hotel, they were talking it up with a co-worker or on their phone. We went to the now open bar in the lobby and ordered drinks. The bartender was clearly distracted as he was talking to a manager for about 15 minutes we were there. This was the busiest we saw the restaurant or bar - several parties seated at tables and bar and he was the only one available serving. We’re clearly looking at him to get his attention, as are other parties, and he’s just not stopping talking to his manager (who I would have expected to let him go serve customers). Finally, we just go to the bar to show that we are looking to order. Stand there for another five minutes and he finally breaks away, starts walking towards us — then the phone rings and he stops, and answers the phone and spends another ~5 minutes talking on the phone to someone. We order and just get our check because it was wild, but not surprising.I had a lot more but apparently google has a character limit and ChatGPT can’t edit my review to my satisfaction. Will not stay again.Rooms: The room was fine other tha

Smoke detectors blink with a bright light. Space under door to the hallway and adjoining room lets in a ton on light. Needs a threshold. Shampoo and soap holders were broken &/or empty. I was in 1006 and there was a door connecting with 1005 which was so thin EVERYTHING could be heard. I’ve stayed in a zillion hotels and I stayed here 4 nights, no sleep. I would never stay here again.

Well.....how about being in a hotel room that doesn't have heat. We were told the building has no capacity to switch from cooling to heat. REALLY!!!! Turn off the unit we were told. And they provided blankets. Not acceptable. 75 degrees in the room seems ok accept for those who are more sensitive to temperature. Bottom line is the heat option should exist. Don't understand why the state of Florida doesn't require this in their building codes(????)No one should pay money to stay at a place such as this and be cold.

The hotel was nice but the food in the restaurant was super over priced. I paid over $100 for BREAKFAST for myself and 2 KIDS. We got pancakes, French toast, and bacon. A tiny baby glass of OJ was $5 and I mean TINY. I’ve NEVER paid that much for breakfast for 1 adult and kids. The guest we stayed next to were extremely loud and made our visit uncomfortable. We didn’t get good sleep at all. I was definitely ready to check out when it was time.

Enjoyed a one night stay at this upscale hotel. Highlights were a clean, spacious room (King plus sofa suite), the 6th floor pool (beautiful), and the 24th floor bar/deck. The staff were all friendly and there are many restaurants in easy walking distance. It is in a busy area so if street noise is a major concern, this may not be your best bet. The only odd thing in the room was 2 TVs (great) but only one remote.
