I purchased kitchen cabinets 9 weeks ago.... they originally said it would take 2 to 3 weeks, still waiting. They don't answer the phone, they are completely unapologetic, and completely over priced. Save your money and time and do not buy anything from these people.

I have used Homeko for many years both for myself and my clients. Their products are above standard and are always much better priced than the big box stores and custom shops. The sales staff are courteous and very knowledgeable. Tere Reyes is my current rep and has proven time after time to be a valuable asset to my company and clients. I am presently dealing with powder post beetles with my kitchen cabinets. The exterminator informed me that these beetles arrived already in the wood. Transporting wood furnitures on a fumigated pallet will not prevent infestation if the beetle already played its larvae in untreated wood.

I wish I could give them a 0, this is the worst place or company to do business with. Starting from the sales rep TERE to everything else that goes with. They offer you and show you one thing and it's another once it gets installed. DO NOT go here horrible customer service, once they take your money they don't care about the customer there is always and excuse and someone else has the blame and they don't even give you a phone call to follow up with the order or installation they just don't care. They sub contract people that are not qualified and have terrible customer service or attention. DO NOT do business with HOME KO.
