Was browsing in the garden shop And had the AMAZING experience of shopping with employee DAIMON!!!!! Very knowledgeable about the plants, food, pots, placement everything..... Felt like i would have bought the whole garden department based on his recommendation. Then i checked out with XAVIER, very polite, respectful young man. These two individuals would be the reason i come back ‼

Delivery of appliances is a nightmare. Half the time, the carpet department is unresponsive. The worst of all is LUMBER! Never answer or appear. In all time! It took an hour to receive a single cut while waiting next to an empty machine! They got called 7 times and finally a lazy stoned guy shows up full of attitude. Forget about customer service here. It simply isn't worth the stress.

I went in just ask a question and the person working the floor was very pleasant and accommodating and happy to point me to the right direction that's what I call Great customer service!

Poor customer service. I was looking for a storage bin and the only one out was scrape and dirty. I asked one person for help, she said she would call for assistance, 20 mins later and never came. I asked another worker passing by and sent me to aisle 31. I go to aisle 31, the storage person said that they might not have anymore and didn’t know. They didn’t bother checking inventory or anything. This people seemed lazy and unhelpful. Waste of time and drive.Home Depot, please hire people who want to work.

getting worse, the electrical supply is always missing things, and the bathrooms are never clean. I am a frequent customer of this place everything is always out of stock. Associates to cut a blind or a few feet of wire can take hours

The entire staff at the store is great.Everybody is a nice guy. Everyone takes care of you properly.C’ is one of the stores I prefer to go to. On the other hand, the delivery service is a disaster, they will not be delivered twice, and the goods that were to arrive the next morning have been pushed back several times.Chauffeurs don't call you.They cancel the race on the pretext that you are not’ there. J’ ended up going to the store to cancel my order and leave with the goods. The customer service was great. They took good care of me. He M’a offered some’eau because he didn't’able manage to get out the refund immediately.
