They're great for helping you get anything you need, vaat inventory of pretty much everything. Nice store clerk helped me buy what I needed and I go here often to buy what I need. Fair prices. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area to find a smokeshop like this one. Hella smokes, you rule! ?

Best smoke shop in Miami. Rob, the owner, is cool and all the employees are cool as well. Looking foward for The new cigar lounge to open, its gonna be a great spot to chill. Great service, cool staff!

I went to Hella and the products are sometimes broken and they have a no refund policy. The Cuban lady from Camagüey that she is supposed to help every customer is very disrespectful. She treated me very badly, with a tremendous attitude problem and she dedicated herself to not looking for a solution. She told me that I had to deal with the broken product they sold me on my own. She didn't want to call her supervisor, she just told me she wasn't going to do it. until finally the owner came who justified all disrespectful treatment and was not very nice either.
