I usually enjoy shopping at H&M, but my recent visit to the Aventura Mall location was disappointing. The air conditioning was broken, making it uncomfortably hot inside. Browsing through clothes in such heat was not a pleasant experience. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, but it was hard to focus on shopping because of how warm it was. Hopefully, they fix the AC soon because it’s a great store otherwise.

Management (Weeder or whatever his name is) is completely useless and unhelpful. Horrible store with terrible quality clothes. Never again.

Please, inform your customers that fitting rooms close an hour before the store does! You come after work, spend time choosing items, go to the fitting room, and then they tell you it’s already closed by 9 PM despite the store closing at 10 PM! This is disrespectful to your clients!

To classify it you have to understand what a hym is.
There is a lot of variety of clothes and with very strange and cool collaborations but there is no one assisting you, you go look, see your size, try on and buy. Maybe the theft detectors need to be improved because they ring just because and you never know if it sounded because something is wrong or because you were left with a theft sensor, be careful with that.

Good H&M location. There were a quite lot of selections, but I couldn't find a specific fit. They also have fitting rooms. Store is spacious, there are some discounts. It was also the first H&M location where I met a cockroach.

The “manager,” a short blonde girl, was too rude when I asked her a question in the store. They are not people suitable for serving the public. I will not return to this store.

Had a horrible experience with the customer service here.. employees lied to me about not having a shirt, I had to go ask another employee for assistance and they helped.. then when I went to go pay, there was nobody behind the cashier (this is upstairs on the Men section). So I went downstairs and there was still nobody behind the cashier, it eventually took one employee 10 mins to come out from the back to their job SMH

Please nobody go there, people is so rude, they, unfortunately there is no service, no education, the way they address the clients, it’s so disrespectful. The worst experience ever. I never felt most disrespected in my life, I went with too lady’s that were mistrated by the employees in front of everyone.

Surprised not more items specific to this area. I feel like they should have more beachwear type stuff. I came for sunglasses. Their selection was a joke. The clerk that checked me out was friendly.

It seems to me that this store is no longer like before. It seems like I have winter colors all the time. The store as such is clean and tidy.

I used to like H&M fashion and clothing years back...it seems like the shirts don't hold their shape as good as they used to and the styles are a bit more boring. I went to check a few items and I was not impressed by the looks, colors nor selection they had. Too bad...because the prices are not bad, but the shirts are not fitting me well.
