Wonderful hotel that’s clean and feels welcoming. I travel for business and I stay here when in Miami and the rooms and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is very welcoming. These flowers are from a convention that was held in the hotel and they fit the ambiance of the hotel. As long as the customer service and cleanliness stays I will keep booking this hotel for business travel.Rooms: The rooms are clean and neatSafety: The hotel feels safeWalkability: Baptist hospital is walking distance.Food & drinks: There are nearby restaurants, the hotel also has a restaurant as well as onsite Starbucks!

Overall my stay was nice. I used the digital key option for the first time and it left a bad first impression. Upon arriving in my room, it appeared that someone was already staying in the room but I later found out that the room hadn’t been cleaned. The error was corrected by the front desk staff and they were able to put me in another room. However, I was a little worried about the security of the digital key after this incident. I highly recommend anyone to stop by the front desk to verify the room that is assigned and to make sure the room is ready and/or unoccupied if using the digital key.Rooms: Nice rooms!Nearby activities: Not muchWalkability: Not much within walking distance except a hospitalFood & drinks: Starbucks located in the hotel was a nice plus!

My friend and I stayed here just for one night after flying into Miami on a late flight. I specifically chose this hotel because of the Starbucks in the lobby, which was super convenient in the morning!CONS: When we first got into our room, we noticed an almost urine type of smell. I’m thinking it could have been from the humidity and all the storms recently, but not really sure. We also both noticed hair on the bedding, I found a bunch of short black hairs towards at foot of my bed... I didn’t use the comforter, I just asked for an extra blanket hoping it would be cleaner but the one I was given had small black stains on it. I’m sure it was washed, but considering it is a hotel I personally don’t want to sleep on/with anything that’s been stained. The rest of the hotel was great. Most of the reviews say the rooms were very clean so I’m disappointed I can’t say the same about my stay. Last thing to mention which isn’t a huge deal is that there was not a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby if needed.PROS: The service was wonderful. The employee at the front desk was very nice, helpful and even checked in on if the extra blanket had been delivered to my room. The rest of the hotel looked super clean, well taken care of and was decorated super cute for the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area looked nice also. And I liked that you needed a room key to operate the elevator to get up to the rooms, so it felt pretty safe!

We booked this hotel for after our cruise as we wanted a quiet night before our flight the next morning. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM & Jazmin at the front desk let us know that no rooms were available to check into at that time. No issue at all as check-in isn’t until 4 PM. My Fiance & I were both exhausted & my eyes were killing me from the smoke on the ship. So we just hung out in the lobby. About 1 hour later, she called me up & said a room was available. She did say “Just so you know, this room is different than the one you booked. So don’t be alarmed.” I was like oh cool, maybe we got a bigger bed or something. When I walked in, I was SHOCKED. She put us in a suite! I am so thankful that not only were we able to check in early, but to get a FANTASTIC room. We will be back for our future cruises. Thank you Jazmin. Seriously. :)

My stay at Hilton Dadeland was nothing short of luxurious. This 5-star gem offers impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a perfect location. The night lobby receptionist was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Hilton Dadeland sets the standard for a top-tier hotel experience. Five stars without a doubt!

The room was dirty when we arrived (floor with hairs). when you take a shower, there’s no water pressure enough and the bathroom stays wet because the area is tiny.

I was here for business and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. They have an executive lounge to get work done equipped with cooler stocked with water and a coffee/expresso/tea machine. The bartender was nice and made excellent drinks. Food was delicious!Safety: Felt very safe.

Fantastic in every way! Outstanding location, amazing facility and caring staff (special thanks to Yasmin). The grounds are impeccable, the pool area is gorgeous and the security is excellent. I felt very appreciated as a Hilton Honors Diamond member and enjoyed every aspect of my stay! Will definitely return!Rooms: Our queen terrace suite was spacious and quiet. The bacon was huge and everything was excellent!

This hotel is one of the best hotels ever and I stay at a lot of resorts this hotel is central to the dadeland mall which is amazing and also amazing food and churros I miss it so much and am definitely coming back one day they have the best staff ever too for real ❤️??????

Had a high school reunion there recently and it was great. However to charge $15. a day for an open parking lot is gouging. Sorry it's the only blemish.

Nice room excellent check in experience not a bad location. Had to walk about a half a mile to get to any restaurants but that’s OK. The exercise is good.

Best housekeeping team I've seen in years! Not sure of the gentleman's name that cleaned our floor but he was phenomenal and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our daughter got sick. Hotel & rooms are very clean. Most hotels have changed for the worst since COVID, not this one. The quality, cleanliness & service are still top notch for the price & location. Definitely will be back.
