Buyers beware of the bait and switch tactics and the lack of responsiveness …Getting jacked around by these guys … 4 attempts to get a return label so i can return the wrong shoes they sent me and I continue to be told they’ll get back to me. with their “warehouse team” ? I simply want my return label and my money refunded and it shouldn’t be that difficult … Sent shoes back a week ago and still no refund ?????

Great customer service. Ordered off the website and a technical error lost my order - called and spoke with the owner over a weekend who immediately found the issue and processed my order. The owner provided updates every step of the way, and I got my item two days later. This is why small businesses are awesome!

Buyer beware: I ordered a pair of Suncloud Flatline sunglasses and they sent me the wrong pair. I contacted them via email on the same day I received the order, letting them know of their mistake and that I wanted to return them. I received no response back. I have also tried calling. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and then they lied about the whole thing. However, I just provided my credit card company with proof of their dishonesty.

Hours are never right or they open and close whenever they feel like it. Definitely call ahead to see if they are open… if you can get anyone to answer.

I don’t normally leave comments but this was worth commenting. I stopped by to get recommendations because I work long hours and I’m constantly on my feet. The sales man, Nick, really helped me out and he was extremely knowledgeable and with his help I got the comfiest shoe everrrrrrr. Overall great customer service and Nick was really patient with my Indecisiveness. Definitely will recommend to my coworkers. ???

The guy working was great. I work in a hospital and am on my feet 12 hours a day. I needed good shoes with good support for this type of use. He knew a great deal about the shoes he was selling and what was the best shoe for me.
