RUN AWAY FROM HERTZ, AND PARTICULARLY HERE>> wrong place, Hertz is not located hereChris Castillo served us. We got the wrong car, dirty inside and outside. NEVER AGAIN!!! A shame !!!!!I paid for a convertible model, when I arrived they told me they don't have one, so I got a worse car, not convertible and dirty!!!And of course no financial compensation !!!!But why rent cars you don't have ??? You are a scam !!!In addition to being a shame, Hertz is dangerous ! Indeed, after one day I got an alert telling me that the tires were deflated. I tried to call several times Hertz who referred me to the local agency where I picked up the car. They put me on hold each time and hung up on me after 10-15 minutes.I had to call some locals to help me ! What a shame!!!

Hard to believe but it happened! August,27 .. I made a reservation and paid for TESLA Model Y. When I got there, the agent lady said her co-worker rented my tesla to other customers. She offered me a Polestar2, she claimed it's better. I declined at the beginning but she insist . We got to the place at 9:22am , the car was out at 10:30am.Worst of all the car is only 57% battery charged , only 120 miles range. I asked to cancel right away. She said it can be charge for full battery for half and hour and I cannot cancel now.We took the car to charged at the station next to McDonald for 30 minutes. We only got 50 percent even the station showed us it's complete. We tried for another 15 minutes, still the same.We end up brought the car back, the same lady said we have to call customer service. She said she cannot do anything , I have to contact customer service.I contacted customer service on Monday 08/29 , the agent claimed that my contract is not close and I receive recurring charge for $100. He sent email to the location and told me to call back when the contract is closed.Wednesday 08/31 , I still got recurring charged so I can my discover card to freeze the account so it cannot be charged. I called Hertz, the contract is still open. They have escalated the case.Friday 01/02, my contract is still open. I still cannot claimed for refund. Again, the agent try to escalate and connected me to the location but nobody pick up.Horrible experience, the worst rental agency I have ever been with.

On Sunday, July 3, my family made a reservation for a 7 seater SUV for July 8 to be picked up at 8 am for $192. We receive a call on July 7 at night to come in at 9 am as no employees will be available at 8. We arrive to this location at 9 am. After waiting for an hour and a half, we are told that the car we reserved was not available. The front desk checks other locations and there are no cars available anywhere. The manager was no where to be seen at this point and would not speak to me on the phone. So I call corporate to see if I can get help from them. I call around 11 am and am being transferred over and over again to get someone to help me. I speak to a lady who I explain this situation to and she places me on a 10 minute hold while she finds another car for us. At this point its super urgent we get a car as we have a few hour trip ahead of us and a reservation to get too. She comes back on the line and lets me know that there is a 7 seat SUV at a location not too far away that’s available for pickup at 12 pm but we have to pay $202 and she’ll refund the original amount. We get there around 11:30 and are not seen until 12:15. By 12:30 they are letting us know for the 2nd time that the car we reserved is not available. I’m extremely frustrated at this point because the whole situation is happening again. The front desk lets us know that we can get a car today if we pay an extra $56 per day to rent the car. We accepted as this was the only way we can get a car and not lose anymore time. I call corporate again and explain the situation but all they seem to do was apologize. Even though I appreciate their apologies it’s not doing anything to help with my dilemma. I explain everything from last night to when we picked up the car and she places me on a 10 minute hold again. When she comes back on the line, I am told that if my family was still at the rental location, that they can speak with the front desk and refund the $56/day extra charge. However, we already left at this point because we had to get on the road. She tells me that’s the only way but when we return the car they can try to refund that extra charge. This doesn’t include the $200 fee for just renting the car that gets refunded once the car is returned. So a $192 transaction ended up being almost $400 plus the $200 fee plus 4 hours of our time wasted. I am frustrated and angry and no one is able to assist me. I do not recommend any Hertz locations or their corporate location as they all have no idea how to run the business or communicate with a customer. If we were told that the car we originally reserved was not available we would have looked for another car/company. There was no communication and the little communication we had was not helpful. Please avoid at all costs and save yourself the trouble and stress of renting a car with Hertz.

The big tattooed black guy and the long hair black woman sitting between the two guys should be fired. Upon arrival all were on their mobile phones. I had to ask for their attention. Their attitude was atrocious, no interest in their actual job whatsoever. Nothing was explained regarding the rental such as the Sun pass, etc. The car was given to me with no gas at all and it was dirty. Once I brought this to their attention they gave me a second car which was clean but had 3/4 gas. I asked tattooed guy for a full tank. He ignore my request. As I was getting nowhere with this dude I asked for help to the woman at front desk. She was on her bloody mobile and without saying anything she literally walked off and vanished. Then, I phoned Hertz customer service, they said that they were not able to help. Fortunately, a young Latino guy came to me and offered his help. He was professional and resolved this immediately. He took the car to the gas station and came back with a full tank. He is the only person who provided of a service. I brought up this issue to Hertz and I received an automatic email stating that I was going to be contacted with 72 hrs I think. It has been weeks since then and I have never received an email back. Upon return, I saw another client arguing with one of these desk people.

One hour looking for the location THERES NO SIGN OUTSIDE is in service garage 5 on Toyota service building, phone number not listed in Google maps, the one they give in reservation is not that particular location!JESUS the manager was awesome tho.

**IT IS LOCATED IN THE SERVICE BUILDING**Very convenient and they have a great inventory. Customer service was great and there is even a nice coffee shop if you have to wait. I would have given 5 stars but the location is very difficult to find on your own and very little detail online about the location except the dealership name.

Dont waste you time with them.. even when you reserve two weeks in advance and confirm the day before they dont have your car
