I fell for the same scheme that others reported. I rented a van online, the day before the rental started they called to say the van was no longer available, then they charged my credit card the total rental fee. This place is a fraud and to be avoided!

The worst experience with customer service, they are very rude, they do not give you all the necessary information to know what all your expenses are going to be, after a long time they continue taking money from your card, really bad service...I wouldn't. I recommend!! And finally you try to get in touch with them and they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes and they hang up on you, so I tried 3 times?

Terrible service, even as a gold member. Went to pick up a rental and the attendant never checked for a change in pricing due to some “system error”, proceeds to waste 30 min by making us wait, walk us to the car to take photos of it, and then gives me a contract that was twice the price of what I was quoted through our company rate. Never mentioned the change or bothered to check. Then back to the office for another 20 min to find out they couldn’t do anything about it and the only option was to cancel or take the higher price. Do NOT use this location.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to renting from this location. First off the person at the counter was totally dismissive and transactional, showed me a 5 seater when I had rented a 7 seater, no apologies and stated, let me see if I have that car, waited 30 minutes or so and another employee steps out stating I will get pics taken of your car, not sure what that meant.All this while these two employees converse in Spanish about a million things. Another 30 minutes and the employee comes back with a filthy Buick with pet hair, warning messages, scratches and front full of bugs.I had to vacuum the car prior to using due to it being filthy.The return process wasn't any better, the same two employees chit chatted, ignored me for a bit, finally one of them stepped out without stating the reason with the car keys. About 20 minutes later I inquired with the remaining staff member of the status, he called her only to inform me there will be a charge for gas, I showed him the pics at the time of pick up and i had topped with with a cpl of extra gallons, he backed down and stated ok, you don't have to pay then. The place is a total scam, rude employees and no recognition of gold status, I should have known better and rented from the airport or used Turo.Pics will better explain the vehicle condition.

Always a great experience. I rent a car almost every month for a couple days so come here a lot. Jessica is great, she is always nice and fast to get me in and out with my car. Great experience at this place and with the team working here. I will continue to use them for my rentals.

This is the worst place to rent a car. Total scam…I rented a car and recieved the confirmation and reservation in my email for $268.00. When I go to pick it up they tell me that they do not have that car available and that if I wanted to get a car I would have to pay extra and upgrade.They knew I did not have any other choice as I was staying 40 minutes away and took a taxi there.Worst rental experience in my life and they hustled me out of an additional $70.00.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I had a reservation along with 4 other people, we have all been waiting here for 3 hrs or more. Every time someone walks in they tell them cars will be here in 30min. Not one car has come in yet. Very disappointed in Hertz, this location needs to be shut down.

They don’t answer the phones! And their transportation service is very bad. I had to take an Uber cause I waited more than 30 mins for their transfer to Hyundai in Doral

I made a reservation by phone for a polyester 3 electric car to be picked up at this location. The only car they had to offer was a Prius. Then that said there is no available electric car in south Florida.So why have an offer if you cannot execute what Hertz is offering.I guess since it is $250 for 5 days then everyone wants to drive it. But it would be nice if the info is updatedNo thx for hertz

I was so happy to rent an electrical car . But my hope was deflated when I was told there is no electrical cars anywhere in south Florida thru Hertz rent a car. I guess Uber is a better customer than I.

Don’t go here, they don’t care about you, I reserved online allegedly the stock online it’s not the same on place when I got there lady picked up the phone went to the back then told me that the car wasn’t available then again ignored me doesn’t tell me what car is available then she’s gone again I was upset I asked her if she was gonna rent me any car and said no
