I am surprise from not so positive reviews from the past still remaining on this site for this Hertz branch. I rented on two occasions last week and found both agents working at this location are courteous and helpful. Considering that previous remarks are old and were written possibili when other agents working at this location, writers should consider removing them.

Very courteous service both when renting the car and upon return. I was running late from work to return the car and came 25 minutes after closing time but Pavel graciously waited to allow me to return the car. This was greatly appreciated!

I’ve rented vehicles here for many times now. Love both their cars and service! They never charge extra, it’s always as the price shown on website. And they offer great deal for Sunpass so that it’s more convenient for travelers.There was one time I drove to another city and the car got tire pressure issue, I just called Hertz and changed the car in that city airport rental place, and drove all the way back home after finishing trip, safe and sound. They really offer excellent service!I tried renting vehicles from various companies when I first moved to Miami, but now I always go to this place.

Hi:I am a President's Circle Gold Rewards Member and had a terrible experience on my last reservation. I called their customer service over the phone and was given a value for extending my reservation. This value was not respected and my final contract value was 2x higher. When I tried to call their billing department they said this was an issue with the extension department....I am trying to get them to listen to the phone calls I made for the extension as everything is supposedly recorded but I have now called 7 times and stayed over 2h on the phone with them.Terrible experience from a top tier customer.

Friendly staff.I am a Gold Hertz member. It was easier and cheaper for me to call the office and talk to a representative to discuss my needs and get the appropriate car.When I arrived to pickup the car, it was ready, clean and efficient.Drop off was efficient also and no extra charges added.

Trash service. Got here at 4:40 pm to pick up a rental and they were closed. My pick up at was at 5pm (on the receipt). I called their customer service and the woman told me I had to be at hertz at 4:30pm. This is so unprofessional. It's Fourth of July weekend and the workers decided to close early. Wtf I booked this car for a work gig and now I have to figure this out last minute. This is incredibly stressful and so unprofessional. On Yelp it says they close at 6pm. Whoever is running this business needs to be fired. So many things wrong save yourself the hassle they won't help you.

Never use Hertz. The practices they use to extort more money from their customers is sickening. We were persuaded to pay for the gas prior to use even though we told the agent that we would not even use a half a tank but he said the gas was cheaper that way and they would REFUND what we didn't use. When he saw I was skeptical he wrote his name down on the pamphlet to say he promised. GUESS WHAT. We paid $57 for the $15 of gas we used and were returned NOTHING. He totally LIED. And customer service returns very so sorry answers never addressing the lies of their company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a rental. If I could give zero stars I would.

REALLY wish I would have read these reviews beforehand... The 2 stars are simply for the employees who, although very obviously lazy, were nice & the low price couldn't be beat... Other than that, I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a car rental EVER. My boyfriend was in town with some friends so we decided to rent a car to be able to fit everyone in. Our pick-up appointment was for 11am & we arrived at 10:50, the only clients here. At first, the attendant (again, pleasant enough) acted like he had never heard of us... Then when he DID "find" our reservation, he walked us out to the dirtiest car I had ever seen. "Uh, ummmmmm, we still need to wash it", he said. Clearly... we stood around and waited for the car wash to begin. 10 min later, we're still standing in the hot sun & the guy is nowhere to be found... One guy is on the phone, the other guy keeps popping in & out or a back office, & "our" guy finally reappears after 15 min with a vac. Mind you, I had TOLD them the moment we arrived that we had brunch reservations & were in a hurry... this went in one ear & out the other because the could not have been any slower if they tried. It was almost comical (but not really because we were starving). I had to push back our reservation not once but twice because they took SO long to clean the car. I don't know about you, but if you have someone picking up a car at 11, wouldn't it occur to you to start cleaning it BEFORE they arrive?!? I was sooooo annoyed. Will definitely NEVER be back to this spot but I hope they get their shit together because their "service" is appalling...

I usually never have to rent a car, and the few times I do it can be a tedious process. I was completely blown away by the service and hospitality I felt by Pavel and David! They are both true professionals, and I was dealing with a lot of stress from my car breaking down and they really made a bad situation good just by being extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you again Pavel and David, for making me smile after a series of bad luck. Come see them, they will take good care of you!! Great job Hertz!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! EVERYONE THERE IS RUDE, THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING. There are no bathrooms, they don't have wifi and there is zero signal inside so you can't call anyone to resolve the issues they create.
