Sorry for not giving you a review, earlier.My wife and I ,Our experience at your business was a great one. When we rented a car from you ,back in 2018.And your cruise ship shuttle service was exceptional also. Your employee dropped us off, right where were supposed to be, and on time too.We're visitors from Trinidad and Tobago, and find our way around can be challenging. Will use your services again, when next we go on a cruise.

No shuttle service to cruise. Had to order an Uber instead. Overall, easy drop off and close to the port.

This place is a joke, i dont recommed this place at all. We made a reservation two days earlier for 11am pickup. When we got to the hertz miami they told us that we have to wait for the car because they dont have any cars available. No time estimate or anything. Why even take reservations if they dont have cars. Avoid this place at all costs

I reserved a car, 7 seats, and when I needed it, it wasn't available (original pick up time was 08:00 h and 11:00 h no car). No answer by Rental Car or personnel. Then by myself I had to cancel the reservation, and this process need to be done by telephone or by app. Neither personnel of Hertz could make cancellation. I spent almost 30 minutes to cancel my reservation, when the problem was by Hertz (no car, 7 seats available).CONFIRMATION- K76729006A0Note: A had to pay mora than double in other Car Rental for Rent in a Hurry.

Appalling. Better to be attended to at the airport. It is normal for them NOT to respect reservations. At the time you ask and they tell you that they have an arrival list and that you should continue waiting. You can wait an hour or an hour and a half. Trying to be very kind, the response was that they would refund my money. I had to calm her down. Instead of expediting the process. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

No No No No !!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!Came to pick up the car and the guy just said “ok sit down”It’s not the first time we renting a car and after a while we went to ask him when we gonna get the car he said “maybe 2 hours!!There was another man that came before us and he said that he is waiting for 2 hours already!The guy at the reception is clueless and “waiting for other ppl to return the cars”I know he is not the one to blame but this is not ok!No respect to our time !Doesn’t make any sense that the company allows to make a reservations with no cars available!!!!Any customer that came after us said the same thing!

President's Circle Member's NightmareIntent very frequently and the experience from this location is sub par. I have to agree with the other review given about a month ago. The issues surrounding this location have not been resolved by the management.

Made a reservation online to pick up a car at 10am the next day. Once we arrived, poeople had been waiting for a car for allmost 2h, and we ended up waiting for almost 2h before we got our car.So it you book a car from here be prepered to wait for a long time before your car is ready. When we arrived the next day, the return was easy. So that was good, but again it seemed like people there had been waiting for a long time.
