I purchased 3 ea. bottles of Celtic Sea Salt, Fine Ground, Vital Mineral Blend, 8 oz a few months back. I received all 3 but the seal was broken on one of them. I sent 2 emails to Healthland Center hoping they would replace the opened bottle but never received a response to either email. An unsealed container is dangerous. It could have had a foreign substance introduced that could put my family's health at risk. Very poor customer service.

The girl that answer the phone was rude. I was never able to speak to Gutierrez the owner. I have been buying from them from more than 35 yrs.

I have had a very bad experience, after hearing the owner's announcement on the radio, I decided to buy a product and called and the saleswoman who helped me did not give me a convincing explanation. I practically had to tell her about the characteristics of the product, but still I made the purchase with shipping included. This was on Friday around noon and they told me that they would deliver between Saturday and Sunday. I called twice on Saturday and Sunday to find out about my delivery. They confirmed that they would do it between these two days and Today is Sunday after 7 pm and they never brought me the product, I really do not feel satisfied with the treatment received
