Do not buy this Husqvarna brand. I bought a saw, it cost me $1300 and after 4 hours it broke down. I went to the store and they did not solve anything, they sent me a technician who told me that I had no warranty and that I should buy another saw, as if it were candy. About a month has passed, then they told me that it could be repaired but it was going to cost me $630, so now I have to wait another month for them to bring me the saw. Anyway, that brand is crap, my advice is not to buy it. This store is disgusting.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Placed an order online for over 2g worth of materials thinking it would be a streamlined process only to receive a voicemail stating they had to verify the purchase. Attempted to return the call after hours and ended up having to leave a VM as confirmation. Received another VM the following day still requesting confirmation. Called the office to confirm the order only to be told I had to verify the credit card and order details which I did not have on me. Had to instruct the sales rep to call our main office to verify the order. All of this for an online order? What was the point of ordering online if everything had to be done on the phone anyway? Entire process/phone tag added numerous days to the delivery and delayed the project. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. You may as well call it in.

Worst customer service of any supply house around. I set up an account with them at this location, after 2 weeks of chasing down the sales person for a status I finally heard back with the most outrageous prices I’ve ever been quoted. I can get way lower prices at Home Depot without even using a contractor account. Their prices are way over the top, combined with terrible follow up and customer service. I definitely won’t be spending a penny here and have since started doing business with another supplier who has better pricing and customer service. I do not recommend this place at all, especially with so many options in the area.Prices are at least 30% higher than other places.
