Very disappointingI purchased a pair of wedding rings from the store on Feb 1st. Right after I decided to make the payment, My sales executive Sheila Khiatani changed her attitude immediately. She became rude and kept emphasizing that I have emailed her SINCE LAST YEAR! Come on! I just left a message on the official website a few months ago and somehow she saw it and emailed me. That’s it! I contacted her again from my input mailbox recently. Why she acted as if I own her something. Besides, most of these emails were just urging me to come to the bantique because “I requested for the ring you are interested in” , “I’m holding for the ring”. But actually I didn’t ask her to “request” for the ring and when I drove 4 hours and arrived at the bontique. She didn’t have most of the rings I was interested in.. She also seems wired knowing I was also seeing other branch. Can’t I seeing other branch? Besides, she’s very impatient when I asked the details about the gifting order.The second thing is that the travel box I got didn’t fit my ring at all. It’s much shallower than the ring’s shape. Which means the ring will stuck in the box and the lid cannot even been closed. It won’t protect the ring on traveling at all! Sadly I found this after I took the rings home. I asked if she could exchange the travel box with a deeper one. Two weeks have passed, she still refused to reply me!I never left comments and I have to say that she is unbearably impolite and irresponsible to her customer. This experience also left me a very bad impression of this branch.The manager is much nice.

Only because she’s replied me a few emails? (She’s quite slow in replying emails BTW) Besides, most of these emails were just urging me to come to the bantique because “I requested for the ring you are interested in” , “I’m holding for the ring”. But actually I didn’t ask her to “request” for the ring and when I drove 4 hours and arrived at the bontique. She didn’t have most of the rings I was interested in.. They sent me a cheap and stupid paper fan as a gift which worth around $1 and I would rather not having it. While Sheila looked like was waiting for my appreciation and gratitude while showing it to me…I never left comments and I have to say that she is unbearably impolite and irresponsible to her customer. This experience also left me a very bad impression of this branch.

I'm with the other reviewers. I walked in this location wearing a HW ring and they still treated me like garbage! The place was completely empty, they were very cold... with their markup, offering water wouldn't be weird... especially if it is there to offset their ice cold attitudes. I won't ever return here.

We were more than able to afford the products. And when we had asked to view engagement rings it was obvious that the woman had believed that I could NEVER have had a boyfriend (my boyfriend and I have been dating for about 4 years now) as she had asked "Atleast find a boyfriend first." Following a blatant scoff at the idea that we would be able to try on rings even though the products would be a palpable option for me in the future. I have never written a review before, though, it is obvious that I think this was necessary. The way we were treated was, in fact, laughable. I have never been treated in such a way in any store I have ever been to. Maybe it was because of our ethnicity, or even the clothes we were wearing (even though I was carrying a midnight patent Italian handbag, vintage Dolce & Gabbana top, and an eggplant Chanel belt), but the service is inexplicity dissapointing for the beautifully crafted products of which the hired staff do not do justice. Additionally, we were fed with false information that Harry Winston does not customize rings when, in reality- they certainly do.

Poor service. Stuffy, asked to see a ring and the lady immediately asked us if we know how much is the ring we wanted to see. So basically like I couldn't afford it. So I couldn't see it?! Total discrimination. Would never go to give them business. This is a Sunday slow day basically the place was empty not like they were busy and couldn't do the job they are paid for.
