I love going to Harbor Freight, mostly they have many hard to find tools. Just realize, they are not your high quality S and K tools, some are solid, some are a few uses and toss. But for durable tools and cheap low usage equipment, I highly recommend it.

This used to be a great store. They recently hired a very unprofessional employee called Douglen. This man put all of the heavy and sharp items I purchased in 1 single thin bag. The bag obviously broke. When I asked him to use 2 bags so that my items would not fall out he lied and said the store was out of bags. I pointed out that every single register had hundreds of additional bags. The employee again lied and said they were running out. It's sad that this great individual store with excellent employees and managers has hired an unprofessional liar.

Yes, why does a manager not act so unpleasantly, so disrespectfully, so rude, so, so unpleasant?
I'm missing the point but that's what she usually does with customers, it's not the first time I've visited the store and this supposed manager is so unpleasant. To anyone who may be interested, take action because it's a lack of respect for Harbor Freight as a company. allowing someone like that to work in your branches and mistreat customers and leaves a lot to be desired for him to be a manager on top of that

Is incredible!! I ask for the manager from this store about respect the line rule and she starts to respond with a bad actitud and you not need coming at this store because I’m the manager and I can doing wherever I want, I respond this is America, the rule is for all!! Is Not!! for your friends, your family, your neighbors, priority, THE RULE IS FOR ALL!!
