Rooms: Limpieza,heladera y microondas.Ideal para no tener que ir a comer afuera todo el tiempo.Nearby activities: Supermercado equipadisimo muy cerca, enfrente cruzando avenida.Estación de tren enfrente .Walkability: Se puede caminar y hay lugares cerca a distancia de a pie.Noteworthy details: Desayuno incluido muy bueno en el hotel.

+ good location+ large rooms+ large bathroom- Air conditioning extremely loud and smelly- not very clean- Room smells musty- very expensive parking spaces- We were called by reception late in the evening when we were already in bed and asked to move immediately!

I would stay here just for the service! The hotel is very nice too. We had a flight from St Croix to Denver that was delayed 5 times for a total of a 5 hour delay. We got a hotel voucher because to stay in Miami and the young lady Patrice working the front desk was wonderful. She had us checked in and when I told her she asked if I needed anything and I did because the airline still has my luggage, she gave us toothpaste, toothbrushes and extra towels. That truly made my day. Thanks Patrice and sorry if I spelled your name wrong.

The overall experience was nice. Despite one of the elevators being questionable, I never needed to use the stairs. Breakfast offering was reasonable and fresh fruit and eggs as well as standard buffet like setup was all delicious. The WiFi being unprotected was disconcerting and never felt safe to use. It was confusing how member benefits were being pitched/sold but the offered amenities appeared free anyway. Would stay here again, but will be bringing my dedicated hotspot next time.

Stayed 2 nights, very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and always helpful and available. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and wonderful. My husband likes a cooler pool and this one has a chiller! Not too cold but very refreshing since it is South Florida pools get very hot naturally. Lots of families here too. Walking distance to a very nice casual sports bar restaurant and just 2 blocks to another and a nice 20-30 walk to CocoWalk in Coconut Grove. If it’s a nice evening the walk isn’t too long if you have the right walking shoes. Will be staying again!Rooms: Rooms very clean and simple.Nearby activities: Short drive to many things.Safety: Always felt safe. Very nice neighborhood and next door to a pre school.Walkability: Across the street is a Total Wine and Sprouts. Nice sports bar around the corner too.Food & drinks: Breakfast was your typical breakfast buffet. Decent selection and quality.

Very disappointed with this hotel and it's unwillingness to honor Hampton Inn's payment policy. This is a company that typically accepts prepaid credit cards provided there are enough funds on the card for the deposit. They refused. Its is my understanding that Hampton Inn accepts such payment and so I focused my hotel search on this and a few other companies who have such a policy. I found out after booking that they are uniquely unwilling to honor such payment, meaning all that time was wasted. Have a stable, crystal clear payment policy. It's very simple.
