The moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk who had us checked in, in under a minute. The place smells fresh and clean and is modern. Water and hot drinks are available any time. The rooms are clean, fresh, spacious, and modern. We ended up staying three nights instead of one since it was so nice.

One of my favorite hotels ever. I stayed here for a week when Hurricane Milton hit Port Charlotte, FL on 10/9/24. Everyone on staff was amazing, from front desk personnel to room service to food service, and all things! There were only 8 staff members during the storm (flood expectations in Miami) who stayed on site throughout the storm. Not once did the "madhouse" haha - ever affect there kind, courteous and always smiling attitude. The staff also made sure we all were ok and were truly amazing and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels and I was very impressed with the entire situation. Some of the names I remember are: James Canzoneri - Front Office Supervisor, Kathy Enciso - Front Desk Supervisor, Yubanis ? - Front Desk Associate, Darneylys ? - Room Cleaning Service, George ? - Maintenance, Manager, Marco Mejia - General Manager. I would like to add that I am an amputee with one leg and in a wheelchair. I had an issue with how heavy the room doors were and it was very difficult for me to open the door. I spoke with Marco Mejia (GM). I also showed him physically how hard it was and he had a meeting the next day to start the process of relaying all of this information to the corporate heads to address this potential harmful issue. I have to add that this was the cleanest hotel property that I have ever seen. I will definitely go back next time I am in Miami.

The Hampton Inn Kendall is an excellent choice for its cleanliness, comfort and location near Miami Executive Airport. I have stayed four times, and always find the staff friendly and the manager very attentive. With breakfast and parking included, the stay is comfortable and hassle-free.

Hilton has redeemed itself!!! I have had some terrible experiences with Hilton almost left BUT this place gave me faith back in the brand. Great customer service and all in all wonderful stay.

A bit remote from all the Miami attractions and our medical appts but we like that there is free parking and the rooms are very nice. In addition, this
location is very quite and we haven't experienced lound guests in our 10 to 12 nights in total we have stayed. Also, the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. The 2 bedroom suites are so spacious and service is also great. Easy access to freeways and it's near Everglades National Park. Will stay here if I ever visit Miami again.

We booked this hotel strictly for the location of it being close to the Zoo Miami and we were not disappointed. Will continue booking here when going to the zoo.
They have complimentary breakfast. Not the most “tasteful/ full of flavor” but it does it’s job. It’s what shld be expected and I’m not complaining. Can’t go wrong with the waffles.
We loved our room. It was different for us in a good way. We liked the desk in the middle of the room, rotating flat screen and the extra sink outside the bathroom is convenient.
My only gripe would be, the fridge didn’t get cold at all, but we had a cooler so it didn’t affect us.
Smelled clean when initially walking in and check-in went swift.

Check in was a breeze. The guy at the front desk was nice and acknowledged diamond status. We got our free snacks and drink and headed to our room. On the way to the room you could tell they keep up this place nice. It smelled amazing and was very clean. The room was big and nice. The couch was very comfortable to sit on. We didn’t need it for sleeping so I don’t know about that. The beds were also comfortable. Bathroom was normal. Upon closer inspection I did see a hair in the sink. Everything else looked clean though so I just rinsed it down the drain. All in all I would stay here again. I only gave 4 stars because I didn’t try the breakfast. But the area for breakfast looked very inviting. Maybe next time I will wake up and try it.

For those who will have to sleep on the sofa bed, good luck. The mattress of the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. The thickness of the metalas is about 5 inches and the springs will literally you go in the back. My daughter had to sleep on the couch cushions directly on the floor of the room so the mattress was unpleasant. I have informed Hilton customer service. For the purpose of compensation, the hotel offered me 2000 Hilton points. That’s the equivalent of $10 off my next booking. What to say in the face of such an insult?

Hotel is very good except for the breakfast facilities. Giving cornflakes and drinks through paper cups or cutlery made from single-use plastic is simply not possible in a modern hotel and also causes waste. Unfortunately, the small pool behind the house offers little shade and could be cleaner.
