Rooms and service are ok, but terrible shuttle service. Waited for more than 1 hour, other hotel's shuttle have passed at least 3 times and no sign of the shuttle.

They charge too many charges for every little thing. Our room is extremely noisy from the A/C's on the rooftop. You cannot relax here.

Went to this hotel to escape Hurricane Milton. Air conditioning didn't work in either room we rented, but they did repair it the next day. They would not extend our stay because we booked with points. Not a way to treat a member.
Walkability: Lots of stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Although near the airport, not noisy.

Location is good. Room is clean. Airport shuttle only runs every hour on top of the hour. AC is so loud in the hallway and room.

Months in advance I paid a non-refundable expensive AAA rate for my duration of stay at this place. One would think that the room would contain everything that would accommodate my expectations. Well, long and behold upon my arrival date; 08/28/24 I checked in to a room that was infested with many rodents. The shower was dirty with hair in it. The room smelled horrible and there is absolutely no excuse, for this since this hotel falls under the Hilton brand. Next, they switched my room which was also stink and the toilet was clogged. This room did not contain a sponge to wash the dishes. After several times of contacting housekeeping, the supervisor Chris called my room and told me that a sponge would be sent up to my room and that they had ran out of sponges. Two white sponges with a small bottle of dish soap, was sent up to my room with hair on them. This is so disgusting and a total disgrace. I will never return to this location again. Stay at this hotel at your own risk!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had a long layover in MIA and didn’t want to wait at the airport all day. Dome was able to get us squared away with a reservation and late-checkout so that we were able to rest, shower, and return refreshed for our next flight. Gio was awesome at welcoming us and David did an outstanding job getting us to and from the terminal. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the free breakfast, as well. Thanks to the all of the staff for helping us out!
