System has been down for days no phone somehow but still accepting appointments, don’t bother to tell their customers that they still haven’t resolved any issues and are then accepting cash only so when you show up for an appointment you had to make 3 days later at 9am you realize you wasted your time.

Place has zero customer service! All of the stylist saw me walk in and none made an effort to say someone will be with you, I had to make eye contact and ask if someone is at the front counter. I made an appointment, they said I would have to wait, so they can evevalute how long my wait would be. What is the purpose of making an appointment if you are not going to honor it.

They live up to their name. I had long hair growing out for 4 years. I came before going to work on Monday because my split ends desperately needed cutting and I didn't have time except on a Sunday to come in. I told her I only wanted my split ends cut, and she said and pointed at me how much she would cut, just 1 inch-- I agreed, until I paid, walked out and tried putting my hair to the front like I always do-- and felt it at least 4 inches shorter. My long hair --- GONE. In one second. I cried when I got home. This shouldn't happen. I understand you get what you pay for but what the actual fuck. I asked for split ends cut not a whole ass hair cut. Never letting a woman trim my hair again. Now I'm making an even costlier appointment to get extensions done because I will absolutely not be walking around with short hair looking like I'm back in high school. Will never step foot in a Hair Cuttery again and encourage others to not do so either.

Maday did a great job of giving me a wash and blow out with curls all around . To think I got lucky getting her as i was a walk in. Definitely will go there again!!
