This is a very reliable place I use for more than 10 years to do my hair and I trust they always will have a nice lady to take care of me. I love their treatments after color and the care they show to all their clients. They are very easy to communicate in English as well because most of them speak both languages. This was the most difficult issue for me who doesn’t speak Spanish until I found them. Ask for Marion, Olaida, Tiffany, Pilar, Yuleidy and Eva. You will love your hair !

Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment on Sunday morning. The appointment was for 1:00 pm. I booked the appointment online at 6:00 am. They called 20 minutes before appointment to cancel. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. NEVER AGAIN. They're so unprofessional.Luckily I was able to get an appointment at the location on Kendall Drive and 137th.

Tiffany's hair wash & scalp massage, alone, are worth the price! She did a great job styling my hair & if there's anything I don't like, she's quick to fix it.
