I just took my wife there to get her hair donefor high lights, wash and blow dry. $147. Not worth a dime. All they did was damage my wife's hair and didn't even have the decency to apologize for the damage. Money was returned but you best believe the owner will be hearing from us ASAP!! DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT DO YOUR HAIR THERE.. they do not know what they are doing!!!

Hello, I just got my hair cut, colored and washed. I have been to your Corsica location several times. I am not going to complain about my haircut. My complaint is the staff at that location has not received the proper training to check the notes from previous client’s hair coloring. I have requested time and time again for the same color and it is always the same thing. “ sir, we don’t know how to check the notes in the computer system. This falls on upper management to properly train the staff. The color I got today was not the one I wanted. The last thing I want is to be comped for a mistake the staff made bc of poor training. I would appreciate it being done correctly the first time. It would not be right to blame the staff for this lack of knowledge. It’s clear to me someone in a management position is lazy regarding training. I will return in a month for another treatment. I would like this problem resolved.

Judy did a horrible job on my kid's hair. Started at one level and ended up on a completely different one. She should not honestly be providing haircuts. You can use her for the phone or other tasks away from customer's hairs.
Requested style: Requested one style for my girl and ended having a completely different one
