We recently had the pleasure of meeting Juan Quintero, the brilliant managing director at Hastens, and let me tell you, he's not just a director – he's a sleep wizard! Juan's generosity knows no bounds, as he graciously allowed my mom to embark on a dreamy adventure with the illustrious $72,000 Dremer bed (I think that was the name). According to her It was like floating on a cloud made of unicorn fluff (or magical horsehair), and she owe it all to Juan's thoughtful approach to customer satisfaction.Juan's insightfulness is truly unparalleled. He didn't just guide us to the Dremer; he took us on a journey through the entire Hastens brand, weaving a tapestry of comfort and luxury. His knowledge was like a lullaby for our curiosity, soothing and informative. It's not every day that you find a managing director who not only understands the product inside out but also shares that understanding with infectious enthusiasm.But what truly sets Juan apart is his commitment to ensuring we make informed decision. He didn't try selling just a bed; he helps everyone find their sleep sanctuary. Juan's spirit and warm demeanor turned a shopping experience into a delightful escapade. Terrible quality for a luxury mattress, if you want one of these come by and you will find it in my trash (worst investment we ever made). By the way, the warranty they advertise it’s not existent( if you call and ask they will confirm).

Experiencing the sleep spa changed the way I see sleep and beds forever. Hard to ever go back once you've laid in a Hastens. Juan is amazing at explaining the brand and benefits for health, beauty, anti-aging, and Maria makes you feel so at home, and helps you find your perfect forever mattress match. The experience they offer tucking you in, turning off the lights and making your own little private sleep spa is a must-have for anyone curious to see what sleeping on a Hastens is like, and they are so welcoming for you to fully enjoy that!

Wow. I never knew how vital a good nights sleep was until I visited the Hästens the luxury sleep store on 41 st in the Design district in Miami. The proprietor Juan is probably one of the most knowledgeable persons on the planet when it comes to sleep and the importance of a quality bed. I highly recommend the brand and this retailer. You won't be disappointed.

An amazing product. If you are the type of person who believes that you can't put a price on a good night's sleep, then Juan is the contact you need. This location is an exclusive Hasten's shop, and is a must visit if you are in the market for a high end mattress in the southeast. There may be an equal collection east of the Mississippi, but I'm guessing if so, only in New York. We traveled to Miami solely for the purpose of viewing, testing, and working with Juan and his team for a new mattress.In all fairness, this was not our first trip to Miami for that purpose, as we are repeat customers, having had the pleasure of working with, and purchasing from Juan at his older store, which also features mattresses including Hastens.He only carries high end products, which he unfailingly stands behind. He has a loyal customer following, not just locally, but regionally, and internationally. Unfortunately for him, his products have an incredibly long life, so his customers only add on, and not replace. Nothing is more important to Juan than customer satisfaction. Once you've worked with him, you won't be interested in going elsewhere. I'll end the way I started, an amazing product - well worth a visit if at all interested in ultimate quality sleep products.
