I went to the Guess at dadeland I love this store I usually go to this location because everyone is super nice and helpful however I went today looking for a dress and jeans a man helped me out I think his name was nelson he made me feel very uncomfortable he makes you turn around to see what size you wear but the look he gives was creepy and he's to touchy super weird don't want him helping me and he says uncomfortable remarks SMH

The staff are extremely rude. They make you feel unwelcome. Not very happy.The bald lady rang my stuff and told me that I couldn’t return anything in this store due to COVID and I went online and it didn’t mention anything like that. I believe she’s making her on rules which is not fair, this needs to be escalated. Also felt discriminated on why would she tell me something like that.

Store did not have any XXL size clothes. The staff was attentive but condescending with my size requests. They also did not laugh at any attempts at humor. Makes ordering the clothes on line less attractive. Ended up picking up a shirt at Zara for 1/4 of my budget.

Mrs. Katia, the store managers and the entire staff in general are very friendly, helpful and professional, they do everything possible to solve your needs and make you leave happy and satisfied. I recommend them if you are looking for a Guess store, this is your best option.
