I am really sad the store is very hot, without air conditioning. Really sad because the staffs are super friendly and situation is hard. Miami is so hot work without air here. Crazy.

Employees are lovely but it is absolutely insane that a store in Miami in the middle of the summer does not have AC. 90 degrees outside feels cooler than indoors. Makes shopping impossible. I feel so bad for the employees that have to stand in that sauna all day.

I gave it 3 stars because no one was inside for more than 5 minutes, the heat was horrible, the air conditioning had been broken for many months, the workers there looked tired and their faces were shiny with sweat from the overwhelming heat, I went to buy 1 gift and I could only buy 1 pair of pants, and a chork because it was so hot that I couldn't walk the store, it was a horrible feeling for a store that is not very cheap, I have never seen a ross or a dollar three in those conditions, The relevant thing is that it has been like this for months, the necessity makes these people work like this for so many months, it was so that they had already solved that problem.

Congratulations!
I don't know how they do it, they greet you with a warm greeting, they help you find what you need, at a very good price, all of this without the air conditioning working.

Very disappointed with your unconcerned feelings for your customers & staff at this store! My husband & I often go to midtown and we have always enjoyed shopping at your store. But it is exhausting to be in your store in the extreme heat and to think your poor employees have to suffer hours in that condition. What is going on with your Corporate Offices???

Even if you don't like shopping, this area of Miami gets top marks from me. 100 stars! I love the atmosphere here...it's fun, creative and youthful.

Hasn't walked through a Guess store in decades but had time to kill so, why not? Staff is super pushy. Couldn't wait to be outta there!
