I went today 12/24/23 at G Guess at Southland Mall and I was trying a dress and the girl that was attending the fitting room was hurrying me. I told her that I was handicapped and she reply that what I was having was a conversation because I had my husband on speaker wile I was taking the dress off. This is a democracy I can freely talk.

the manager (Lakisha) is useless, she doesn't try to help anyone and she always has a bad attitude towards associates. She has to learn a lot to be a manager.

Went to purchase sunglasses and asked if I could have a pair from the back since people usually try them on and the legs become lose at times. Didn't even offer to look, I was told that they were perfectly fine. When I spoke to the cashier in English she had attitude and proceeded to tell me that they speak Spanish too.. she wanted me to talk to her in Spanish.. which I don't have a problem with, except I didn't known I HAD TO! Very unprofessional staff. They make the costumer feel uncomfortable and do not appreciate their business. I know guess inc is better than that. Sorry to see they have such unprofessional staff. Will not shop there again!
