The prices are very fair and competitive; the shipping costs are more than reasonable; but their customer service is truly outstanding! I would never use another vendor for my cigars.

They don't play around u order something and it gets set out way better then tompsons cigars were I made a order and it was not shipped out a hole week Gotham cigars 2 hirs after I made my order it was sent out I will by from Gotham cigars again

I have purchased twice from Gotham Cigars, starting with their Customer Service, their selection of products, through their shipping department, their service has been exceptional.

My regular online store for my brand of cigars had no stock, so I started a Google search for a new supplier. There certainly were a lot of them. Some had reasonable prices but gouged you on shipping. Others acted like machine-made cigars were hand-wrapped on the thighs of virgins and priced them accordingly!
Then I found Gotham Cigar company. I thought by the name they were based on New York. Nope, Florida, right near where my cigars are made. The price was reasonable, the shipping even more so, AND they offered a subscription program for an additional discount. There was also a package protection service, that came with a tracking app, for a nominal fee, which I signed on for, just because it was my first order.
Shipping was faster than expected, however, through no fault of Gotham's, my package looked like it was mauled by a gorilla. The package was too large to shove in my mailbox (the USPS carrier normally brings them to the front porch -- and they get compensated for getting out of their vehicle) but this time they hung it on the flag on the OUTSIDE of the mailbox! It could have been stolen so easily and I was not happy.
I took pictures of the condition of the box and the contents and contacted customer service. I received a quick response from Michelle in customer service, and she issued a refund for the damaged cigars without a squawk. All I had asked for was a refund for the package protection, but she went above and beyond, and it restored my faith in Gotham Cigar company.
They stand behind their products and they also do everything in their power to make sure your experience with them is a positive one. I'm on the subscribe and save list, so not only will my order have a bit of a discount, I don't have to worry about running out and trying to find my favorites again. I gave them 5 stars for price, shipping charges, speed of order processing, customer service, and backing up their promises. How refreshing!

Excellent service. A couple of years ago I bought from Uruguay, South America and everything arrived in good shape. The only unfortunate thing is my country, the politicians are scammers, they tax it 600%. But it doesn't mean that I have enjoyed what I have bought from them, nor can these political sons of their mother change my way of thinking. I will continue buying, I am not going to allow a politician to decide what I can do. Hug! From Paysandu-Uruguay
