Usually when a store says you can't take your bag inside there is some sort of system in place to hold your belongings while you shop...

The Staff is RUDE, especially the 2 Ladies in the back. They treat customers like Garbage. When they bring out new bins from the back, it takes over 30 minutes for them to open that section again. Hot as hell. No AC, only a few fans, that are on LOW setting. MOSQUITOS are everywhere. I come out of there feeling like a pin Cushion! You can find some stuff if you are super fast, and super lucky, but you have to be careful, or the people next to you, may smack you in the face with an item. People go crazy when the new bins come out. And again, the back staff there is RUDE, and treat customers like Garbage.

I am a 5’4 120 lbs female and one of the regular customers who goes by “slim” and wears braids practically assaulted my friends and I. I pulled a shirt from a bin and he snatched it out of my hands and said “we don’t share around here” like he owned the place! He also threw clothes at us and kept snatching clothes that we had already thrown on our backs telling us we had weak grips and that we couldn’t afford to shop there (which is ironic because …. Yknow?) the staff basically worships this guy and smooches and kisses up to him and I’m not sure why? When I complained to the staff about him they threatened to kick me out in Spanish and then ignored me. This happens every time I come here and it keeps getting worse.

I shopped at the store, not the binsNot enough dressing rooms so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to try things...also there is no sign showing where the line begins so it's absolutely chaoticEverything is overpriced, found some good pieces but I know they would be cheaper at another locationHad to park on the street for a charge, no free parking available

It was one of Goodwill outlets that we love going to especially with my mom because she likes going to such places to spend her weekends. She loves shopping for nice clothes at low prices because she needs more clothes going to our local church. She loves to dress beautifully during Sunday service. Anyways, this place was awesome and lots to choose from at super low prices.

PURCHASED 2 ITEMS ONLINE THEN AN INVOICE, 12.00 + 15.00 SHIPPING FEE! I have been buying from goodwill auctions for 12 years, NEVER have I paid MORE than what US Postal charges. The handling fee of 12.00 is from the same store. TOTAL WEIGHT OF ITEMS = .5 OZ. WHICH IS $5.50. I am so upset that I will make a video of the harassing emails from Goodwill & I will post online. GOODWILL USED TO HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED. WHAT HAPPEND TO THEM AND WHY? If I had lots of money, I would shop & BUY at stores that do NOT charge a handling FEE, THIS MUST STOP NOW!!

Crazy animal acting people in there that are mean and smell. Employees are awful!! Especially Luce that goes on her power trip. The employees here are disgustingly rude and this place is so dirty. I’ve been to other outlets in other states and they’re very nice.

My daughter loves to thrift shop! She found some unique items at a great price. Make sure to set aside plenty of time to find something nice!

Bought a belt on their website for $8.95 after their incredibly inflated shipping and $5 handling charge the total was $28.99 Can you believe this? OMG no way. I'm contacting the BBB this is ridiculous considering all the items they sell are donated to them free of charge, appalling and disrespectful towards the public that allows them to survive.

Have you ever watched a YouTube video or read a review that lead you to want to try a place? Well that is my story with Goodwill Outlet! I have seen so many YouTube goodwill outlet hauls where people find amazing items for very low prices. On my trip to Florida I was determined to stop by a Goodwill outlet. This appeared to be the closest one to where I was staying.Let’s first start with parking!!! It is chaotic!! I arrived around noon and there was no available parking in the lot. There is paid street parking, but even that is limited. Also, why would I want to pay to park and then go shopping at a goodwill outlet????! Since we could not find free parking I was just dropped off.I really had to use the restroom so that was my first order of business. I asked 3 staff and no one understood English!! Now maybe this is the norm in Miami. The security guard understood my request enough and helped me out. Long story short- the restroom at the outlet is not available. I was told to go next door to use the restroom. Next door is the building directly on the corner this is the traditional goodwill store. After I finally relieved myself I went back to the outlet. Now as I stated above, I came prepared, you know after watching all those YouTube videos!! I put on my gloves and started digging. This did not last very long. I think I checked out a total of about -9 bins and I was over it. Most of the items appear to be junk! I don’t know what the secret sauce is to actually find good items, but I don’t think I will ever find out! This experience was a bit overwhelming for me! I love a good deal, but I just don’t know that I love a deal so much that I am willing to dig through mostly junk to find a few slightly better than junk items . If this is something you don’t mind- knock yourself out!! Happy treasure hunting!
