I needed a work shirt and dress pants ? urgently for the same and arrived after 10 am and they were able to have it ready by 3 pm the same day. Great service and awesome personal.

I called last minute on a Friday needing something dry cleaned for that night! The owner himself answered the phone and reassured me that he could not only have it dry cleaned before my event but ALSO have it delivered!! I dropped it off at 1 and by 430 it was in my hands again. Incredible, to say the least. Very reasonable pricing and amazing service. My new dry cleaners for sure.Service: Delivery

work in the Douglas Entrance of the gables. Dropped my suit jacket, pants and shirt off on Tuesday 2/18. I explained I had a wedding on Saturday (today) and needed this by Friday. I show up Friday and had to wait for the delivery guy. When he gets there he only has my suit and pants. I'm told the next delivery guy will bring it by the end of the day and to come back before they close at 5:30. The lady working (Nury) tells me she is leaving at 12 for an appointment, but someone should be here to cover her. She gave me the number to the actual location where they do the cleaning and said, worst case scenario, I can try to pick it up there on Saturday. I show up at 5:15 and the place is closed. I try calling the other location and they don't answer. I call today to see if I can go pick it up and they can't find anything. After a few calls back and forth they tell me my shirt was delivered to the other location (which is closed today) and I never went to pick it up. The lady on the phone accused me of lying about going and wasn't even aware that I had paid for the suit already. Now, a few hours before the wedding I have to scramble and go out to buy a new shirt because of the incompetence of the people working for this dry cleaner. Avoid this place if you have literally anywhere else you can go. Not worth the headache. I'm going to ask for reimbursement for the new shirt I now have to buy.

By phone they said 3$ for a regular dress shirt. Then in the store they didn't respect the price and they set it was more.
