$2,500 worth of lab bills they said were covered. While during a period of being uninsured, I paid out of pocket for a routine physical exam with bloodwork, and was told by both the front desk staff & the doctor this was covered by the up front cost. I came back a month later to have an allergen test done - I was again told this was part of the bill, and they even managed to lose my blood sample, causing me to return to provide another. Turns out that the front desk sent both samples to labcorp and marked them as having been covered by an insurance policy, despite my payment. Management admits this, but provides no assistance, and I now owe a collection agency thousands of dollars for their mistake.

Crappy customer service I would advise nobody go to the doctors office they will not take care of you they treat you like s*** I would not advice my mother oh my grandparents to come here they should've shut this piece of s*** down

I have been seen here since I was 5, Dr. Daniel's & Ayumi are the best pediatric physicians I've ever met. They are both so nice and friendly, I don't think I'll ever leave.

I used to LOVE coming here and I mean My whole Family came. My daughter's and Sisters and everybody even friends for MANY MANY YEARS but this NEW STAFF omggggg Horrible just unprofessional. Its NOT THE SAME.. I MISS TAMMIE AND EVERYBODY. Wish we could turn back the CLOCK to the Good ol Days!! Just Sad how this Office Turn sooooo Unprofessional?

De lo peor!! Una basura d clínica. This is a horrible place to go from front desk to unprofessional doctors, excluded doctor Nora Daniel. Nurse practitioners don’t have any ideal on medical treatment. Don’t put yours kids on this practitioners hands. They NUTS!! and by the way cracked head aspect!!

The doctors here are really good but the new staff have absolutely no clue about anything and nothing gets done unless you show up in person. Highly do not recommend!!

Terrible service I had an appointment at 1:30 have yet to be picked up it is 1:26 they gave me another number to contact and that number keeps saying busy I’ve been very patient with the transportation process but no one has yet to pick me up I am very disappointed and upset about this I never once had an issue like this I’ve had it happened to me for the last three months that he has not been consistent And then on top of that they do not want to answer my call I keep being forwarded to a message

I love this place! My kids and myself went to them for several years and If I still lived in Florida my kids ans myself will still be seen by them. Doctors nurses and the whole team are great. Thanks for years of service SMC keep up the awesomeness!

Small quantities and way over priced. Been here a couple of times, always leave disappointed, last visit I asked for 2 pieces of steak, salad and fried cheese , all í€ la cart. I saw lady fishing around the steak tray for about 10 sec, ( here I am thinking she's fishing for a nice piece) turns out she gives me the 2 smallest pieces in the trey. When I go to pay she said , that will be $10. Not worth the price for quantity they gave you. Quality is sub par as well. Avoid at all cost.
