I'm 78 years old, Dr Franco is by far the best Dr I've had. He listens ,doesn't hurry is through like the old ways when Drs were more interested in there patients . Gladys is not ur typical admin/receptionist she goes beyond the call to help. 2 genuine sincere caring people.

The Dr himself is fine, but good luck getting in contact with them. I've been trying to get in contact to find out the results of my blood work. That process will give me enough stress to make me sick.

I've been coming to see Dr. Franco for almost 10 years and I love him. He's amazing, I will come to see him until he retires. The staff is really nice and always helpful. I highly recommend him.

Called in the morning to cancel an appointment, i left a detail message with the answering service company and now its an hour before the appointment and no one has responded. This DR office is unprofessional. The last time i was there the receptionist was RUDE. Don't waste your time.

Gladys is the most unprofessional and rude staff member I have ever encountered. It is a shame because Dr. Franco is so great at his work that I’ve tolerated her for years. Today she yelled at me when I asked “when may I be rescheduled” when she had me waiting 1.5hrs because the nurse had an emergency. Somehow the nurse that lives down south always has an emergency-but I simply asked when can I come again. She, with an attitude, says “just come tomorrow I don’t know what to tell you”. She offered no consideration for my time and said her staff is human “what do you want me to do?” I said yes human and so am I so may I have a note to give to my job? She said she can’t put that the nurse had an emergency in writing and also did not give me a note. She also said that because I went to my car and came back (like she told me to) that I don’t have an appointment anymore. She told me a week prior to arrive before 9 to be the first one here. I came at 7:45am. No accountability on the office part-complete attitude. Clearly they don’t need patients so today they have THREE LESS because I’m leaving and making my parents leave also. Worst doctors office staff ever - because GLADYD IS THE MANAGER . She has me waiting as I type to see Dr. Franco for a complaint but refuses to let me get my blood work done even though the nurse is now here and only two patients in office.

Dr. Franco is a decent doctor if he happens to see you as they normally don't have appointments and if they do "make you the favor" you have to wait at least 3 hours. So expect to take your day off to see the doctor. If you complain, the receptionist tell you with an attitude to go to the emergency room if you like. They never pick up the phone, they use a call message service that take messages and give to the receptionist who messages the doctor if you're lucky and then call you back if she's in the mood, layer after layer to talk to reach someone who knows.

I have been going to Dr. Franco for many years he is the best doctor I have ever had and his staff are super friendly and super attentive I definitely recommend you going there. He cares about his patients not like alot of other doctors i saw here.

Dr. Franco was my mothers doctor and my doctor. She adored him he was very gentle with her and everything anyone could want in a doctor. He took care of her through everything. After she passed, I since moved to Indiana because the pain of losing her was just to much. I needed to get away. Since I been living in Indiana I have yet to find a good doctor. So I just remain healthy so that I dont need any. Soon I will be moving back to Miami and I will be going back to Dr Franco for my family doctor. I miss you and your staff I hope all is well.

Worst front desk staff I’m a new patient they pushed my appointment back 5 times finally got a date staff told me come in at 9:40 made it at 9:45 building alarm was going off so I waited she canceled my appointment and stated I have to reschedule 5 month later n closed the window in my face horrible

They have extremely long wait times. Expect to sit in the office for 2 to 3 hours before you can see the doctor. You can never reach anyone in the office. It’s always an answering service that picks up. This place is a waste of time.

There cancel on me 2 times before Christmas and I have diabetes!!! Never call me to give me a new appointment My partner was today in Appartmemt 3 pm !!!! And 4 other patients before him S you must make a appointment by 3 pm to see the doctor by 5 pm ??? This is ridiculous!!!! The doctor is very nice I think the biggest problem is the one older receptionist she have a big attitude!!! And speak with clients rude and nasty. What a shame nice doctor and rude receptionist

My boyfriend has been a patient of Dr. Franco for about a year now. He's very nice, very knowledgeable, and will take time out of his busy schedule to have a short phone conversation with his patients if necessary.Really the only downside are the long waiting times but that's an organizational office issue.Highly recommend him.
