If I could give 10 stars I would! Gabriel Edward Jewlers came is in my opinion one of the best jewelry stores in the country or the world! I had high standards as I have worked with many jewelry stores over the years. Hands down there is no better customer service than the service that I received from Javi! Wow, just wow. From the time I inquired about the ring up until the ring came in. Nothing short of amazing in the customer service category. They went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I wanted and in time for vacation. It is the most beautiful ring I have seen and I cannot wait to see how she reacts on top of the island. I just happened upon this page on instagram and thought I’d reply to a reel - unbeknownst to me - the page actually replied! That was the beginning of something I didn’t even know I needed. My husband and I just celebrated our 10 year anniversary and he said I could upgrade my ring - so I was just browsing and started talking to Javi. He was very responsive throughout the process and answered all the 100s of questions I had. He was able to keep me updated throughout the process! I am so in love with this update to my ring!

I could not be happier with my ring or the service I received. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. I wanted an ascher or cushion cut stone in a simple setting (solitaire or two side stones). Javi showed me several stone and setting options. The process was seamless and so easy, even though it was completely virtual.

I had Javi be an absolute hero for my proposal as it was last minute and had a flight to Switzerland. He walked me through everything I needed to know and explained everything so well to someone who doesn’t know a lot about diamonds. He helped me pick the perfect ring for my fiancée and she absolutely loves it. Also took care ok resize as I was completely off on size. Thanks so much for everything !
