We could not be happier. We knew what to expect with the double oven and it was that and more. The installation team-led by Freddie was amazing. Installed perfectly and when they were finished there was a quarter inch gap at the top since this oven was different than the other one. They took it out, put a small lift under it and it slid back in perfectly. The gap was gone. Going way above and beyond. Wonderfully skilled guys. Thank you, Patrick

I had a fantastic experience with Fuse Appliances. From Sales to Dispatch to Installation they were responsive, professional, kind and efficient. I got my washer and dryer quickly and the install team was top notch. My previous machines were difficult to remove and they got the job done with a great attitude.
I highly recommend this company. And I love my new LG Washtower.

This is our second time purchasing appliances from Madelayne Cisneros. I went back to her specifically at Fuse. Madelayne is professional, smart, kind, trustworthy and extremely efficient. We hit a few snags throughout the purchasing process this time around. Throughout, Madelayne handled everything with a combination of poise, skill and expedience that can’t be taught. Fuse is lucky to have her on their team.
Our next appliance purchase (crossing fingers on an induction in the next year!) will be at Fuse and Madelayne, and I will continue to recommend her to my friends.
Also would like to comment that I was impressed by Theo and his team. Nothing but nice things to say all around.

I recently completed a purchase with fuse to remodel my kitchen. Everything went great until installation when we faced several issues with the teams that run the survey and make the first attempt to deliver. I was very upset, however here is where I want to shoutout and recommend the company, Camy (my account manager) and Henry (supervisor installation) got in the picture and completely changed my negative experience to a positive one. Both of them were amazing in listening and addressing my concerns, all the blockers the initial team flag, they actually address them with a solution inc mindset , that is what I expect if you are investing +20k usd in appliances, not only the quality pf the product, but the delivery. I would purchase again through Fuse as long as I get Camy and Henry level of service and commitment!

Fuse Specialty were efficient in their service. We were ordering a product from Germany and they able to bring it in and then ship it to our freight forwarder as were live in Aruba. There estimate on the time-line to receive the product was "spot on", which allowed us to timely schedule the install with our Contractor. Thanks Daniel
